Day 3: Wed 10 of Dec 2025

I though yesterday was bad buy oh boy i wasn’t ready for today because wtf??? I wasn’t able to finish correctly the last two exercises even I already did them in monday with 0 problem.

I can’t laugh without feeling pain in my abs or even sneeze 🤧. Literally the whole thing was just pain.

I wish tomorrow arrives neveeer.

Day 2: Tue 9 of Dec 2025

5 min in and i was deep in hell, this is 10.000 times worse than going out for a run. With all sincerity I would rather go to the gym than doing this day again. Although I still feel my legs tingling and I’m completely exhausted i do think that it was an effective exercise.

Day 1: Mon 8 of Dec 2025

Definitely felt the difference from the yoga routine I usually do when I wake up.

I was absolutely miserable trough the end and I’m pretty sure I wasn’t able to do at least half of the exercises correctly. On the other hand I don’t feel any pain in my bones, only the muscles so really choose ur war atp. After all I really felt the little warm that comes with doing exercise so I’m quite satisfied with the workout.

Too soon to say anything else.
