Well, This is it.

Somethings have to end, so others can go on.

The boat is sold...

After 3 year journey from the abandoned yard to awesome race boat it is time for me to say goodbye to Passages. Life happens, circumstances change and we need to move on. I will miss sailing and fixing the boat, but It is time for me to leave sunny California and I couldn’t take her with me.

I’m happy she is going to a new owner who will race her and continue the story.

Tiler pilot is on! I refused to buy any more parts, so I made the aluminum bracket, threaded the bolt that came with the autopilot and assembled it all. It needed the long extension to reach from the side.

Ultimately I'm going for no hardware under my ass and a long extension. I refused to buy one for $90 and made it using aluminum pipe and ss fittings. Once salted it will seize up nicely... I hope I never have to take this apart.
