(forced) 𝓶ental 𝓭iets for anxious and thought people to help with 𝓶anifesting

if you're the type of person whose brain screams doubts to them at random times which get you spiraling, then i got you! because been there done that

so, to start of if you've been in loa community then you know, how whenever you complaint about having contradicting thoughts/doubts you're told to flip those thoughts in your favor aka keep mental diet...but its easier said than done because sometimes your brain just doesn't stop speaking

in this case, what helped me was forced mental diet; which simply is what it seems, forcing your brain to be in line in regards to your desired state.

what i do is, when my brain peeks up with doubt like 'i don't have my desire', ' what if this subliminal isn't working' etc etc..

i just, no matter the situation i'm in, be it in a class, an event, shower, bathroom or anything. i take a deep breath and just spam my brain with the flipped thoughts in my favor!

as in 'physically' pressuring my brain with those affirmations. imagine spam screaming things at someone who's speaking, which interrupts them and gets them to short-circuit/shutdown.

do it to your brain, forcibly spam it that it shuts down until there are no if-buts left.

this might seem 'exhaustive' at first but trust me, it gets easier every time and sooner you'll be at calm with yourself that even your brain/subconscious will be like 'yes! i get it! can you just stop being in my ear all the time'

i don’t script much so i don’t have any general yap for one specific dr so i shall tell you bits and pieces of multiple 🫰

starting with my number one baby my most dearest treasured reality : avatar !!! i am the daughter of neytiri and jake ; the twin sister of lo’ak (the younger one ofc - being the oldest is so ew) . on track to be the best archer of the clan . and like. that’s pretty much it , since i like scripting with moodboards and pinterest

and next my second baby but i still love her as much as my number one baby : my skz dr . I ❤️ SKZ , and i’m so excited bc i’ve scripted out the company scouting / (hard core) training . i stole this idea from someone in the comments of a tumblr post , but basically , groups start their own college garage bands and send their music in to audition at whichever company . so in my reality , the companies are just there to fund us with everything they do in this reality but just. not toxic ?? basically . and therefore no one debuts as a minor and groups have complete creative freedom with music and clothes and everything else !! as for me , i’m part of vocalracha and the second oldest in skz ! and now introducing the lovely loml , christopher bahng !!! bc i’m a sucker for childhood friends to lovers (we childhoodfriendstolover in every reality) , i scripted that i was born in sydney, australia and at age 3 , met our new next door neighbors . i haven’t really figured out how we get to the this part to the global sensational boy band stray kids part ?? so i’ll just experience it and then relay how it goes maybe

and oh my goodness is that yang jeongin ?? i love yang jeongin sm , do you love yang jeongin sm too (do you listen to skz as well) ??
