- this tall ass dinosaur fiend is such a tsundere oh my god; he’ll tease you a LOT-his favorite reaction is you get all flustered (pouting is also a bonus); he does know, however, when to stop and will take you off guard by saying something sweet to you if he knows he’s getting too close to that boundary- he’ll always be there for you when you need him to be; advise you when you ask for it; listen to your complaints; lend you a shoulder to cry on- afterwards he’ll tell you something like “a crying face doesn’t suit you” with complete sincerity; it’s small but he smiles when you laugh at his words, lightening the mood, knowing taht he was able to make you feel somewhat better- he’s not really insecure about himself but he does have the occasional doubt of how he reacts and responds to certain people (especially when it conerns his crush) - if he knows he’s in the wrong, he won’t hesitate to put down his pride; clearing the air with S/O is more important and the last thing he wants you to feel is insecurity regarding his feelings towards you- he’s a hand holder (bIG TIME); he always lowkey (highkey) insists that you hold hands with him when the two of you are together; he also always walks you home to make sure you get home safely- with volleyball practice in the morning, he can’t pick you up to walk to school which he’s actually pretty annoyed with- he won’t ask you to wait for him until practice is over after school (even though he really wants you to), but he’s actually genuinely happy when you offer; probably mutters something like “Well if you insist”; if you look close enough you’ll see a slight tinge of pink dusting the apples of his cheeks- he seems to be the type to like observing his S/O? Watching your reactions give him plenty of entertainment- No, he does not make you mixtapes; he does however recommend songs from his favorite band and lends you one of his ear buds so you can listen to it together; or the whole headset, in which case, he’ll lean into your personal space and press his ear to one side (the contact is minimal but it makes his cheeks burn; Yamaguchi teases him for that later on when they’re alone)- I HC that music is a big part of his life, so whether you like his music or not, it means a lot to him- he’s a fast texter so he’ll always reply immediately to you except when he’s at practice; he’ll tell you that, of course, ahead of time when he does do something in which he’ll be unavailable (Probably adds something snarky like “don’t miss me too much”); he also sends you “goodnight” texts every night- he likes to share meals with you; shares ice cream, a basket of fries, crêpes, etc. ; even his favorite strawberry shortcake (begrudgingly gives you the strawberry on top occasionally)
Bonus:He loves when he can rest his chin on top of your head. Whether it’s when you’re hugging, cuddling (he’s an amazing big spoon btw) or sitting in his lap, he likes that you feel smaller than him (makes him want to protect you that much more)
