I remember watching The Jetsons when I was really little. It was a lot like the Flintstones, only in the future instead of in the past.

I remember my mom showing me The Parent Trap as a kid, and I loved it.

It was a sweet movie, but honestly, as an adult, I feel like it's probably not a good idea for parents to get back together after a divorce. I feel like if it didn't work out the first time, it's probably not gonna work out the second time. It's probably better for the kids if the parents stay apart rather than staying together and fighting all the time.

As a kid, I loved Drake and Josh. I especially liked the earlier episodes, though there were still a handful of later episodes that I still liked okay.

I do wonder if kids these days would still like it. I assume it's not on TV anymore and only available online, so they wouldn't really have the experience of waiting for new episodes or anything like that like I did as a kid.

If kids watched it now, I do think it would feel a bit dated. Kids these days are used to smartphones being everywhere, so I think they would wonder why Drake and Josh didn't just use phones to handle situations and get themselves out of trouble. They still had phones back then, but they were basic flip phones, not smartphones like these kids always use.

I know kids definitely pick up on that stuff. I remember watching Full House as a kid and being able to tell that the show was a couple decades old.

I watched Full House as a kid, and looking back, the whole thing with Vicky kinda seems like a waste. They did all that work to build up to them getting married only for them to call it off.

Honestly, if it were me, I would have taken marriage over a news job in New York. Your employer can fire you at any time for any reason, so I wouldn't lose a relationship over a job. You could give up on a relationship for a job only to get laid off six months later. Plus there are plenty of jobs. No need to give up a relationship for a job far away. And a job is ultimately just a course of income, not your life, so no need to make your job your entire life. I would much rather have a loving spouse over a dream job as long as I can get another job that makes enough to get me by.

The two of them should really have talked about all that before even getting engaged. They should have discussed the possibility of relocating before deciding they wanted to get married. They could have avoided wasting time on a relationship if they had just talked about it beforehand, especially since Vicky was so career driven.

Vicky honestly seems like someone who would possibly be happier staying single. She's very career driven and seems to prioritize that, whereas Danny was more family-oriented. Being single would allow her to move wherever whenever she wanted.

Years ago when I was 12, I watched the Animal Crossing movie in English. It was a fandub by the user Batwing321.

I don't know if the whole movie didn't get completely dubbed or what, but I remember that I couldn't find the whole movie in English on Youtube. This was the only English dub on Youtube, and it only covered the portions of the movie where it was spring and summer. The rest was only in Japanese. So I had to watch the rest with subtitles.

This video posted above is all I can find of this dub as of May 2026. All the other videos of it are gone now. Not even the Japanese version is on Youtube anymore.

There is a new English fandub on Youtube now, but it's not the same. I miss the version I grew up with. It's sad that it seems to be gone forever now.

I watched Aria the Animation as a kid, and looking back, I think it's kinda weird how they portray Alicia as like an older woman or motherly figure to Akari when she's only 19. Before I found out her age, I assumed she was like 30. She retires at the end and everything, even though she's only a prima for 4 years since she became one at age 15. You're not getting retirement after working for four years. That's not retiring, that's quitting.

I remember watching the fourth season of Once Upon a Time a long time ago back when it was first airing.

Back then, I liked the Lily segments (mostly for the first half of season 4 when they were kids). I enjoyed seeing the flashbacks with the girls as kids. I kinda lost interest in the second half of season 4 though.

For some reason though, I just kinda forgot about her for ages. I got to where I kinda forgot she existed and only had interest in rewatching the Frozen clips. I mean, Frozen was the reason I started watching the show to begin with, but I liked Lily at first. I remember looking up Wiki articles for the character. But it seems like after the season stopped airing, I never gave the character a second thought.

Looking back at the character now, I don't really like her. I mean, I guess that's kinda the point, but I hated how she ruined Emma's chance at a good foster home when she stole the vacation money. I know they say she's pretty much cursed and that a lot of it is not her fault, but aside from the burglary part with the boyfriend, it seems like a lot of the stuff is her fault, like running away from her adoptive family and stealing the vacation money. A lot of that is just bad behavior on her part. You can't blame that on darkness/ a curse.

I remember there was supposed to be some plotline with her finding her father, only for them to abandon that. I think they said the actress wasn't available or something.

I remember this old short from when I was a little kid. The cat who was obsessed with his cell phone, only for her cell phone to fall on the ground and break.

What's funny is that it was a flip-phone. Those were cool and new at the time, but now they're retro. I mean, they still make them I think, but most people just have smart phones now. So if someone used one now, it would be like they didn't not care about trends like this character does. It would feel completely different if this cartoon was set in modern day with a flip phone.

As a kid, I always loved the Powerpuff Girls episode Super Zeroes where the girls all have costumes.

I don't really care about Blossom's costume, but I liked Bubble's and Buttercup's (mostly Bubble's). I thought Buttercup's was kinda hilarious and suited her perfectly. And Bubble's was... perfect.

When I was little, there was a cartoon named Stanley, named after the main character.

I remember watching the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy when I was a kid. I liked it ok and watched it sometimes when it happened to be on, but I definitely wasn't checking the TV schedule to find out when it was on or anything like that. I think the show was just almost a little too weird for me, even though that was the point of the show.

I do remember a couple lines that I liked. "A stick. Billy's gonna kick some zombie butt. With a stick." I also remember a line about how when Mandy was born, wolves came and tried to raise her as one of their own. But yeah, for the most part, I liked it ok but wasn't crazy about it.

When I was a kid, there was a Jimmy Neutron Movie and several specials (I thought they were all movies, but apparently they were categorized as specials).

I liked the first movie. I thought the parents were great in this one, and I like how active they are in parenting in this movie. I feel like in the TV series they just kinda let Jimmy do whatever he wants.

I remember the special Win, Lose, and Kaboom! I always thought it was a movie, but apparently it was just a three-episode special. I feel like this special didn't air very many times. I feel like I only saw it maybe two or three times altogether.

And then there was the special The Eggpire Strikes Back. It was an hour-long special and sequel to the first movie. I don't remember much about it aside from Poultra. Like the other special, I think it aired very few times. I saw it maybe twice.

And there was also Attack of the Twonkies. I forgot it even existed until it came up in a Google search just now. I remember almost nothing about it. The little version of the alien is cute though.

There was also Operation: Rescue Jet Fusion. I remember almost nothing about this one either. I remember Beautiful Gorgeous, but that's about it.

And then there was the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour. I didn't really like the art style in this movie. Probably my least favorite of the movies/specials.

I loved Baby Looney Tunes as a kid, but I was never as fond of the last season, season 4, which is the season in which they introduced Floyd. I preferred the earlier seasons where they just have little adventures in the house with each other. Most shows kinda get bad after a while, and to me, season 4 was the point where the show went a little downhill. Not to say it was really bad, but more like it was not quite as good.

I found this old clip on Youtube, and it feels so off. I can't imagine Granny getting mad like that. It feels out of character and exaggerated. Even the animation looks a little off.

I looked at this clip from an earlier season, and it just looks so much better visually and Granny is nicer.

Still, if they were too out of ideas to make another season like the previous ones, then it's good that they at least tried to change it up by adding Floyd. Floyd is Granny's nephew, and in season 4, he basically takes the kids on field trips and tries to teach them things. I think taking the kids on trips allowed them to have more settings for the episodes, which I think is good. I also like that this character makes the show educational. Also, I appreciate that the character is a young man studying child development in college. I feel like it's mostly young women that want to work with little kids, so it was nice having a male character in this role for a change.

Recently I found out about a game series called Dream Chronicles. It follows the story of Faye, a normal woman who goes on a journey to rescue her fairy husband, who was kidnapped by the fairy queen (I don't recall their names off the top of my head).

I love Luna! It's a shame we didn't get to see more of her in the game.
