Today had not been a very good day for Minimus.

He had accompanied Rodimus and Megatron on a short diplomatic meeting to a planet inhabited by a race known for being… vivacious in their searching and spreading of information they found interesting. Rodimus, ever the simplifier, had called them “gossipy.”

Minimus had been in his smaller form for this occasion due to an unfortunate accident with his armor that may or may not have been due to a prank orchestrated by Anode and Swerve—one which took the Magnus armor completely out of commission. Minimus might have refrained from going to the meeting, but the leaders of the Maicats insisted on all three of them coming.

So Minimus, quashing down the worries that bubbled within him, had gone along hoping for the best. When they had entered, Rodimus had greeted their hosts and thanked them for their hospitality. Minimus tried not to show the flare of pride he felt towards Rodimus—he was clearly making an effort to be properly diplomatic.

Then Rodimus shot them finger guns and winked. Minimus felt that pride diminish a bit.
