I think I understand the meaning of Based God.
After reading a Q+A between Huffington Post and Lil B also after watching The Needle Drop’s review on Lil B’s song California Boy I’ve come to a conclusion:
Brandon McCartney represents the shy side of Lil B he stutters and has low self esteem.
Example:
“I g-g-g-g-gotcha don’t I girlI l-l-love you, yes I do”
“I see you at the beach why don’t you speak to meYeah I look kinda strange but it’s okay”
This is an excerpt from California boy, the extra “g’s” and “l’s” in the lyrics represents stuttering. He’s a very shy person and when he approaches the girl he stutters because he’s nervous. Just like a lot of people.
The second one is also from California boy. He believes the girl doesn’t want to talk to him because he’s ugly. He suffers from low self esteem, just like everyone else.

Lil B represents the trendsetter. He’s confident, popular, and he fucks your bitch.
The Based God represents the raw, untapped potential in Lil B. He’s what Lil B aspires to be. The Based God is perfect in every way.
Then after realizing what Based God represents. I had an epiphany, Brandon McCartney, Lil B, and the Based God represents everyone. Brandon McCartney is our shy side, Lil B represents our confidence, and the Based God isn’t just the raw, untapped, potential in Lil B he’s the best in all of us.
