excuse me i’m still not over the totally chill and cute af way that patrick takes the fact that their 4 month relationship is the longest one david has been in, like you can tell that david is so apprehensive about telling him, because not having been in a long term relationship in your thirties is considered a big thing by a lot of people and they think something is wrong with you, and patrick takes it totally in stride and is like “i should have got you something bigger than a cookie!!!!” and doesn’t even think twice about it i’m too emotional and i don’t even understand why
