honestly I wasn't a huge fan of him coming back as an LMD, as well as the other plotlines like the other timeline Fitz being brought back or Daisy being able to just be revived by Kora

it kinda felt like the show lost all its stakes closer to the end because if a character died they'd just find a way to bring them back in some shape or form

also Piper getting an LMD Davis feels a little off for me because wasn't Davis a father too? Does LMDavis look after his son? Does it not feel emotionally conflicting or mind boggling that Piper has essentially just replaced her best friend with a really realistic ai robot that can perfectly mimic him rather than mourn, grieve, and move on?

FITZ AND WARD MY BELOVEDS AUGHHHH

I do like the joking idea of at first Fitz having a bit of a puppy crush on Ward and lowkey having a bisexual panic about this new buff guy living on the same plane as him

("I have been locked in a closet thanks to you two geniuses" @ Ward and Simmons is def an admission of bisexuality from Fitz /j)

but then eventually it evolves into something much deeper with them bonding much more like family and best friends

Admittedly I do also think Fitz felt the same about Skye at first, dude was just overwhelmed by all these attractive new people but then eventually it becomes something much more meaningful

I think their (Fitz and Ward) dynamic is so cute and makes me so sad for both of them especially with Fitz being the one to cling to hope that Ward wasn't evil, and I wish we could've gotten some closure between those two, like having real Fitz get to experience Framework Ward or having some sort of real moment between them before Ward died

I like to think that even when on opposing sides, Grant wanted members of the team, specifically Simmons, Fitz and Skye, to be the best versions of themselves, hence why he has that smug little smirk on his face when Simmons says "come a little closer and find out" to Malick when questioned (he was so proud of her)

this feels important to share for the people who swear down that it's set in stone canon and confirmed that grant killed buddy

(i personally think the long-range scope we see aiming at buddy was garrett's, since if you rewatch the scene the scope is pointing at him from a different angle than grant was facing, and grant doesn't even have that type of gun on him, and that this was grant's punishment from garrett for being "soft", which is why garrett then teases grant in one of the episodes for being iirc he calls him a "soft-touch")
