The simplest everyday coffee/tea grounding spell
I do this every morning. It makes my day feel intentional and starts me off centered. Try it. It might help you too 💕:
-Make your morning drink like normal
-Before the first sip, hold the cup in both hands. Feel the weight of the cup, take in the aroma of the drink
-Take three slow breaths
-Say (out loud or silently): "I am here. I am grounded. I am present in my body."
-Take the first sip slowly. Notice the taste of it, the temperature, how it feels going down your throat.
-Place your feet firmly on the floor. Slightly press into the ground.
-Say: "This day is manageable. I take it one step at a time. I am rooted."
-Take one more intentional sip. Really savor it. Then finish your coffee or tea like normal
waking up early enough to have a slow morning ritual is the most difficult and most rewarding sacrifice. I’m trying to reframe the act of waking up when I feel too tired as a potent act of magic. The mundane act that electrifies my spiritual practice. It truly feels so good to welcome my day in a wholesome, intentional, loving, slow way. I’m just too much of a sleepy baby about it. So hopefully reframing it will help. And maybe it will help you too!

🧹 Quick Cleansing Practices 🧹
Burn birch bark and twigs to remove negative energies.
Place charged amethysts in a room to act as a spiritual cleaner, cleanse and recharge the crystal regularly to keep it potent.
Bathe with lavender (flowers,oils, soaps, etc. - ensuring they are body-safe) for spiritual as well as physical cleansing.
Using plain garden sage, grind it into a fine powder and burn it (ideally over a charcoal) to 'fumigate' your body of negative energies.
Add a small amount of salt to your bath water to help add spiritual cleansing.
Dragon's blood incense is a useful space cleanser, light it and walk it around your house, finishing at an exit (such as an open door/window) to chase out negative energies.

really easy: powdered dried orange peel & sunflower, mixed in salt and a drop of solar oil. sunstone placed on the surface and set it in a sunny window.
i only get sun for part of the day, so i’ll keep mine soaking for seven days. if i had all-day sun, just one day would be enough imo
