Still on the ending of TGWDLM reprise. It is so amazing the way that Infected Paul controls the stage. In the original he's apart of the group, they're all working together to torment Emma. In the reprise, he is leading the torment. He directs the others, he pushes Emma along, he commands the stage. Like he's literally a vessel for Pokey, giving the Lord in Black a chance to step into the show. He manhandles Emma so much and it's such a good new aspect. The taunting and like anger he has towards her. The part where they sing "Emma I want you to join the party," they all do this thumb pointing thing. But Paul points backwards which is where Emma runs to, only to get stopped by Charlotte and Melissa. Like he's directing Emma and showing her there's no escape. He physically moves her arms! And oh my god the anger he directs at her is just beautiful, blaming her for not wanting to be apart of the hive mind. Shoving her across stage and then stalking after her. It's beautiful. I love this damn show
