Today is a new day, a good night of sleep is a game changer — feeling recharged enough to continue cultivating joy, peace & alignment. There’s only so much comfort numbness can bring. !

Doing most of life completely alone is exhausting and really gets to me regularly, I’m confident ppl underestimate how much time I spend in solitude. I love it too, however, thank god for those few friends I do get to see every now & again, & replenish my cup. Yesterday I met with my friend G. & we had the best time, I love girlhood/womanhood so much!!!!!! We are so cute!!!!!!

Grateful for the good times, aiming for a good life, doing my best to calm my nervous system down along the way.
