Ritsuka looks at him with a concerned expression, unsure of what else she should say to comfort him, but she's relieved whenever he appears to calm down.

She can't help but feel a little bad for not taking the issue seriously at first, though, assuming that Cú Chulainn was just feeling embarrassed when he didn't need to...now she sees that this obviously is something that genuinely bothers him a lot. Ritsuka makes a mental note to be more of it mindful in the future.

She smiles and giggles when he reaches up to muss up her hair. Even though he does look different, the gesture still feels like it's coming from the same old Cú. "Haha, no problem, Cú."

Ritsuka looks to his sword as he explains his Noble Phantasm to her, nodding along. It definitely is a peculiar-looking sword...but not the same as Fergus's. She's definitely curious!!

No problem? She really did have no qualms about him not looking like a hero. Upsetting though it was, he should really just build a bridge and get over it now that he was here. But that was something that he could work on later.

"Yeah. The Simulator would be perfect to show you. Unless we end up in a battle where I kind of have to use it." Not to mention the little oddity about said sword. He kept it sheathed for a reason. And that reason?

Regardless, her internal debate and any conclusions she could draw would do little to offer a solution. And he asked if there were any other animal meats, so everything on that front should be in order. It isn’t as if she stands to gain anything from deceit. And she’d confirmed all the details earlier that day.

He let her have the moment she needed to recollect herself, not minding that it took a bit. As long as it didn't contain the animal that would have him breaking his geas once more, he should be good to eat it.

"I'll take it fully cleaned, then. Just making sure it didn't contain an animal that's forbidden for me to eat. I'll be able to eat it all, I have a pretty big appetite sometimes."

He didn't have an appetite at all. That was something he wouldn't vocalize, as it'd come off as something to be worried about if someone did not have an appetite.

“Y-yeah. Just a cat that was following me. I managed to lose it, though,” he told the other, as if that explained why he crashed through multiple tree branches and right into a bush. Well, to his credit, he seemed perfectly fine, pulling himself out of the branch and dusting himself off.

"Is that so." He didn't look too worse for the wear from Lancer's point of view. But it didn't make sense. Why would he be running from a cat?

Interestingly, her weakness is head pats. She is a Sakura at heart, after all, however, getting a head pat by someone you think is beneath you. Sits strange in her chest, and BB looks at Lancer with a grumbly face as if she were going to unleash horrors out from beneath him and eat him up - but he promised to feed her. So at most, he gets the sense of some arbitrary horrors staring him down as he walks away. If he turns back, it's just BB smiling at him casually...

Well to be fair, she does play up the gag of not being able to cook a few times in CCC, but SAKURA can Cook, because she does in the manga.... Except, maybe BB just got rid of that data who knows -

He could feel the horrors staring at him, despite the smile on his face. It didn't bother him. Lancer didn't even feel scared at the prospect of them. The smile BB had on her face said everything he needed to know. She was different from the other Servants, different from him. But she was so much younger and yet so haughty...

"Just because someone looks it doesn't mean they can. Likewise, you wouldn't think I could cook but living on your own for most of your life does tend to force you to learn." Which was why he'd been really good at cooking different meals and learning how to operate the current modern technology meant for cooking. "But glad to know you can. I don't know who this Sakura is though."

Lancer didn't really take things at face value.

a long, sigh. Hands digging though inner pockets, pulling out a certain black lipstick & hastily applies onto his lips.

"I CALL DIBS ON YOU, my favorite bartender!"

Softly chuckling as he watches Roland dig through his pockets. Amused at the lipstick and the fact he took initiative. Already, a night turned out to be good.
