And with that he whirled arond Nitori after he had had his arm around him and grab his hand and was going to start darting off again-- which wasn't the best idea when Momo very well KNEW Nitori couldn't run nearly as fast as he could, but that didn't really don on the otter at that moment.

It all happened so quickly that Hamako hardly had a moment to process what exactly ‘it all’ that ‘happened’was. One minute she was walking along, fantasizing about tuna, and the next her hands were clasped by someone else’s. The jumble of words that followed were spoken so excitedly that she wasn’t sure she’d heard them all correctly. Her mind stalled for a moment—was it just her imagination, or was this guy treating her like she was some sort of popular idol rather than just a weird girl who shoved food at people on a daily basis?! Hamako was so used to being the one doing something odd that being on the receiving end completely baffled her, and her brain went into total meltdown mode.

"A-a-ah…h-hello!" She turned her hands over to grab his, and quickly bowed her head like she was in some sort of cheesy TV drama. He had called her cute. Had anyone other than her family ever called her cute before? She didn’t know what to do! "I’m Ogawa Hamako! I was born on October 19th and my blood type is B+ and I like lean tuna better than fatty tuna and I can’t do that thing that people do where they fold their tongue sideways! It’s very nice to meet you!" She had no idea why she’d just said all that. Crap, this was embarrassing.

Oh yes. Yes. YES! This was going so PERFECTLY, they seemed to be pretty in sync and sprouting words at each other as if to balance out whatever random statement they were making next. Ah was this was bliss felt like? The sea otter might actually score this time!

"Ahhhh, so your Hamako-saaaan!"

A big grin on his face and he's just going off higher in cloud nine. Though, he needs to get off of it soon, here's at Iwatobi for swimming reasons, not flirting reasons, but hey, can anyone blame a guy for looking at cute girls? Nope, "That's okay, I can't do a cartwheel, but I can do a handstand for over twenty minutes!" Could he really? Or was he just saying that to impress her? Who knew. Who really knew, "But, my number one hobby is hunting for stag beetles!" And a fist pump to the air.

Wow, Momo, you need to work on your flirting skills. Boy, you are hopeless.

Startled by the sudden string of noise, a certain swimmer sits up so fast that he almost falls straight out of his bed.

"WHAT’S ON FIRE?!" He looks around the room, startled, before his eyes connect with the source of the noise, and he sighs. "Momo-chan… why…" he collapses back against his bed, defeated, and rolls toward the wall while pulling the pillow over his face.

"How else was I going to get you awake? You were sleeping like a baby, all sound and everything!"

Putting his hand to his chin, he titled his head for a moment. "You do know that swim practice is in like fifteen minutes right? We gotta get there or Rin-senpai isn't going to like us being late!" The sheer thought of being scolded and punished made his heart sink. Ugh nope. Not dealing with that!

See, he had a reason for trying to wake up his senpai. Next time though-- he might just do it for the sake of doing it.
