Hey folks! It’s Dawn-mod, back at it again with the lack of content-- //shot
My ability to draw has been a biiiit... limited? Since my main method and what I’ve used all four years I’ve been drawing is noooo longer working. However! I still have my drawing tablet - but it’s very different to how I learned to draw and therefore slower and harder to make clean.
I still, of course, want to upload here! I love y’all and the community and I love Skit, but (if it wasn’t already obvious) am still struggling with time and motivation after my move! I’m thinking maybe if I could make my posts more sketchy and less refined - but it would mean more content!

✨ Well howdy doo look who’s on your dash for the first time in months
Hey, folks! It’s Dawn-mod! Here with some exciting news - and a quick explanation! I’m sure it’s obvious that this blog has been dead for moooonths, despite me continually insisting I’d be back. I’ve had about 6 crazy months of stress - graduating from high school, leaving my house and moving twice in the span of 2 weeks to find a place to stay temporarily, getting a tiring job to help pay for future rent and groceries and insurance I now have to cover by myself, trying to work through mental health, and now moving a third time in the next two weeks! It’s been exhausting but I’m (finally) getting close to somewhere I can stay for more than a few months.
In the meantime, updates are coming! We’re finishing the plot (for now)! We’re getting back to normal asks (so Dawn-mod can get back into the swing of things)! Skit’s comin back, folks! Get ready!!
I’ll be posting the next update today or tomorrow, Friday at the latest. A note that it will include some old art - I was trying to answer the post at the time, but never finished - and while I don’t want to redraw everything I will be supplementing what I have with current art!

Hey folks! It's mod's borfday!
✨I’m old now!!! Oh crap!!!!! Ya mod’s a legal adult! (Okay I’m an hour late I forgot to post cuz my birthday was the 25th BUT ITS FINE) This means crazy things for me, though - I’m actually leaving my house, permanently, without permission, in less than 24 hours. The preparation and anxiety over the past few months all about this big change has been a big part of what’s kept this blog so inactive - not that I don’t still plan to revive it when I can! I’ve just been unhappy with the starts of the post that was supposed to end the plot and bring things back to normal, and without that being easy and having everything else happening at the same time it’s just made continuing hard. I appreciate the continued support more than y'all could ever know - and I once again promise to do something soon, when I’m in a less toxic place!
