Hi! Good question! I’m not quite sure how to turn this into a headcannon since I feel like it’s too MC specific and doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the main six. However if you want me to write about this send me a specific prompt and I will!

This is my theory on it. In my mind the MC isn’t originally from Vesuvia. They moved there and opened the shop where they eventually met Asra. Therefore their parents don’t live there either. Good chance that they’re not even alive/ in the picture anymore, since they’re never mentioned.

If anyone were to notify their parents it would be Asra, since he was closest to the MC during that time. He would write them a letter or go and visit them. On the other hand, he might have had the plan to ressurect the MC since the beginning and therefore put off notifying the parents.

I made it main six, hope you don’t mind!

Main six~ MC with a cold

Asra

Asra stays pretty relaxed actually.

He forces you to stay in bed to rest up and occiasionally checks up on you.

Faust is on watch duty and is usually curled up next to you.

He makes sure you stay hydrated by bringing you tea and soup.

Nadia

Nadia cancells everything she had scheduled for that day, not becayse she’s worried but as an excuse to spend more time together.

She spoils you  r o t t e n.

You’re bathed, massaged and fed so you don’t have to lift a finger.

The rest of the time is spent reading and talking to one another.

Julian

He is WORRIED.

Takes your temperature about every twenty minutes to see if something changes.

Makes you herbal potions and all sorts of medicine to ensure you’re not in any discomfort.

Stays by your side the whole time but not too close. It’s kinda awkward.

Portia

Goes full mom mode.

She can’t always stay home to take care of you but she makes you soup and forces you to stay inside.

Portia leaves little notes all over the house for you to find.

When she comes home, she’ll give you a massage.

Muriel

It makes Muriel anxious to see you sick.

He doesn’t really know how to behave.

He’s torn between leaving and staying to take care of you.

When you sleep however, he makes sure you’re covered in blankets and your temperature is not too high.

Lucio

He pretends that you’re actually dying.

Lucio sends the physician to check on you even when it’s just a cold.

Whines the whole day and is literally attached to you.

Hey, thank you so much for sending in a request! I love how specific you were in describing their traits. Unfortunately since the lion one I did wasn't necessarily specific to lions, doing one a bout spotted hyena’s would either be too much of the same or too little for a full main six HC. Therefore I compiled a few random rabbles. Hopefully you don’t mind that this is a bit short. 

Your hyena and Faust would get along so well. 

I like to think that familiars can speak to each other the same way they speak to their humans. 

They like taking nice naps in the sun with Muriel. 

Lucio does fake sword fight performances for you and your hyena plays along. 

Julian knew some stuff about Hyena’s and was kind of scared about being bitten, but he got over his fear pretty quickly. 

Nadia likes knowing that when she’s not around, you are still protected. 

Portia gives them the best cuddles. 

ahhh okay, yeah I was being bit vague too. nice to meet you joy! I look forward to hearing more of you :)

“I’m tall and have long, dark brown curls and a fair complexion. Im more curvy than skinny. My skin smells like rose and ginger because of the oils I use. I’m introverted, shy and sensitive, especially when it comes to animals. I have my dog's paw print tattooed on my ribs. People say I act cold, but I love small forms of affection. Playing with my hair makes my heart melt. I love travelling and concerts, art and watching night sky.♡”

Julian was the first one that came to mind. It might be a bit of a reach but hear me out on this one. He doesn't mind that you're shy, if you want him to he will take care of all the social interactions. And otherwise he’ll help you get out of your shell a little more. He is a very outgoing person and has done his fair share of travelling. His tales will always keep you entertained. 

You would have star watching dates all the time, he knows a lot about astrology so he can point out all of the stars and constellations. 

Spends 80% of the time admiring you. 

He loves playing with your hair and touching your skin. 

Julian loves putting his face in the crook of your neck because you smell so good. 

Always has his hands on your body, even if its just a hand on your back or holding your pinky with his. 

Going to concerts with him is so much fun because he always takes you dancing. 

I fucking love this!! Lions are my favourite animals! I considered my OC’s familiar being a lion, but I felt like that didn't fit her✨a e s t h e t i c✨

Asra

Asra loves them!!

He immediately felt the power and magic radiating off of them the first time he met him.

Asra being Asra, he gained his trust very quickly. 

He loves pretending the giant almost 6 foot lion is just a cat. 

Nadia

She has so much respect for him. 

She even greets him with a bow of her head. 

Nadia has never been afraid, but always cautious. 

Always looks at you for permission before doing anything that might tick him off. 

Julian

Pretended to be unfazed, but was secretly pissing himself. 

He stayed suspiciously far out of the sharp claws’ reach. 

When he got roared at he stiffened up so badly you couldn't help but let out a soft laugh.  

Malak didn't really get along with your familiar at first, but eventually they became good friends. 

Portia 

As soon as he tried roaring or swiping at her she looked at him so menacingly it never happened again. 

She recognises him to be a prideful and respectable animal, but she’s boss. 

She loves petting his manes and brushing him. 

But outside or he’ll “get hairs all over the carpet”

Muriel 

Muriel is use to being surrounded by animals, dangerous and friendly. 

He knows exactly how to approach them, so he knows how to behave around your familiar. 

When they get more acquainted, Muriel likes to play fight with him. 

He doesn't really care about being scratched up.

Lucio

At first he probably thought he had to protect you from him. 

After drawing his sword he got roared at and just barely missed a nasty scratch. 

You quickly explain the situation and he bashfully scratches his neck eyeing the lion nervously. 

you’re too sweet ahhhh!! you guys are making me blush whew. okay, back to business. 

A matchup is when you send me what you’re like as a person, your hobbies, interests, appearance, etc. Basically whatever you feel is important. And then I pick one of the love interests and match you up with them. 

A HC is when you give me a prompt or a specific situation or request and which love interest(s) you want it to be with and I write what I believe that would be like. I don’t know if that makes sense, I feel like im doing a terrible job of explain that.

Nadia would be a very good match if you're into women. She appreciates learning and music, the arts in general. Being sociable is a good skill to have around her, but so is being mellow. Too much outward faced energy all the time might be tiring for her. 

Another good match would be Asra, the calmness but interest in many things is something that resonates with him. Though Asra is calm, he is also very outgoing and always wants to travel and explore new places, people and cultures. You and asra would also look so good together!!  

Asra and you would be a good match. Though he is someone who feels very deeply and is very connected to his emotions, that might just be what you need. A lack of communication might be a bit difficult for him at first, but you guys will work through it. Asra is also a very hands on person, literally, but he respects your boundaries. In my opinion Asra is between a good neutral and a neutral neutral, with a hint of chaos so that might be an interesting dynamic. Especially since you don’t depict yourself as a very socially open person.

Though Muriel seems like an obvious option, I think you and Muriel would end up spiralling into absolute detachment from each other, your emotions and society.
