Hi! I was a little disappointed with the buy items in the For Rent EP since I thought they could have maybe made a little bit more items, so uh, here are some edits to them!

Fun Fact! "Muwebles/Muebles" is Spanish/Cebuano/Tagalog for furniture, and so I called this admittedly pretty large set as that since well... they're all furniture.

Mesh and texture made by me, formally Eternal2ndKira. Not the best as they are affected by some mouth sliders a lil bit, but I'm just glad they turned out pretty good.

I recommend CmarNYC's no ear preset found here.

When EachUisge share his satyr legs I been obsessed turning my oc Lucy into a sim [Iambreakingsomanytouandthriving] and these eyes are a part of that, I love love love how they came out but i only need it for one sim so here we are (• ε •)

With all the plantsims on the dash recently, I figured it's high time I finally release these badboys. They have been sitting, more or less complete, since about 2021. Unlike my last mushroom cap, this set has 0 original meshes. All 8 mushroom cap shapes have been ripped from in-game objects. Yes, there are 8 shapes!

They are found on the hat slot ONLY, and are available for all ages, infant-elder. There are 53 swatches per cap, all modified EA textures. Each cap has a normal and glow variant, which will slowly pulse a friendly warm light. Infant through child ages have only 1 tilt option, because EA only provided 1 shape of hat chop for those ages. Teen and up have 2 tilt options per cap: one that lies fairly flat, and one that tilts back much more noticeably.

They come in one big merged package only. Custom thumbnails for all ages and genders. Shouldn't be enabled for random, but I have no idea anymore.

This is a hefty pack of ~80 CAS parts. Everything is fairly low poly and has all LODs, but you've been warned.

Initial Skills and Career levels do not affect already-played Sims.

This is my personal edit of @kiwisim4's Blockhouse Shower. Apparently a lot of people are interested in this! The original is needed for mine to work.

What did I change?

Added a drain! (obviously lol)

Added a specular map for a subtle shine to the faucet and drain.

Added a normal map for drain details and for a little dip in the bottom of the shower.

Removed the occluder so the shadows aren't so harsh.

Reordered the swatches to my personal preference, and removed one of the yellow swatches. (all swatches are shown in order in the gif under the cut)

Tweaked the floor shadow ever-so-slightly to round the corners.

Reduced the texture from 2048x2048 to 1024x1024. The difference in gameplay was worth the file size to me.

Added LOD1 and LOD2 models using decimate to keep my graphics card happy. 😀
