I live for how often the shit Anakin says about Obi-Wan EVEN AS VADER are still compliments. He calls Obi-Wan “wise” at LEAST twice that I can think of off the top of my head, for example. Aaaand now I’m cackling because I’m just picturing this getting worse and worse every year until Vader’s just dueling Luke in Return of the Jedi while being like “Obi-Wan taught you well. But then he does everything well. Gods he’s handsome. And smart. And he smells nice. Never did figure out if it was cologne, or his shampoo, or just him. Fantastic credit record. Always paid for dinner. Makes the best pancakes you’ll ever eat. Soft beard. Outstanding standardized test scores. Thighs that can crack a walnut. Strong enough to lift you right over his head. Immaculate personal grooming habits. Charitable! Caring! That voice! Those eyes! That hair! Great kisser, too. Well-endowed. Incredible stamina. Like. Wow. Heh.
