Avery :

He grew up in a big family but doesn’t really talk to them much. They forgot to invite him on New Year’s Eve (he doesn’t care anyway…)

As a slime, he makes bubbles when he’s angry and becomes all drippy when sad

He’s a sleep talker

He’s very friendly and a people pleaser (canon) so everyone around him seemingly likes him but he doesn’t have any real friends

He has a habit of pulling at his hair when he’s frustrated

He has a pet lizard and an orange cat

Derek :

Irl he’s very awkward around other ppl

He’s a mama’s boy

In the AU he survives, he has a small yellow scar on his head and he tries to hide it with make-up (it works if u don’t look too hard-)

He also has the yellow eyes but this is a fairly common hc, they used to be brown however

The blinds in his room are always shut and he probably has vitamin D deficiency and is perpetually tired

Tkiy is still in Derek’s mind, but dormant, for the time being. He occasionally pops into his dreams to talk tho

SlimeKnight (if Derek doesn’t die AU) :

Avery had the tips of his hair dyed green pre-sfawtde, Derek dyed his red because Ave wanted them to match

He also lets Derek braid his hair when they’re just spending time together

Sometimes Avery forgets Derek has infinite knowledge so he just yaps about stuff and Der doesn’t say anything because he likes listening to him

They’re T4T ur gonna have to pry this one from my cold dead hands

You can’t hang out with one of them without the other, they are basically glued to each other, do not separate (Ave does actually get anxious when he’s not with Derek)

After the events of dawtde and finding out Derek was alive, Avery resented him for a while for what he did

They still play Minecraft regularly, in survival mostly. Avery does all the cool builds while Derek works on stuff like mob farms and gathering ressources
