I think he'd have a hard time relaxing, especially when he's injured, because although he understands that it's ok to ask for help, he still feels bad about it sometimes.

When sexy times ensure, it's very gentle, loving sex. While Leon might get his partner to go harder/be rougher, they won't because they recognize that a. they don't need to be rough to have a good time and b. the last thing Leon needs is to be jostled around when injured.
