So I'm gonna try posting all my meals for a week to see if that keeps me motivated to eat well. Failed at the first hurdle. I was soo hungry after my workout that I drank my smoothie before taking a photo. Anyway it had 1 apple, 1 banana, 4 large strawberries, a good handful of spinach, about 200 ml of hazelnut mild and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. There's nothing like a bit of success to motivate you. After a spectacular fall of the wagon a couple of weeks ago, not only have I lost the weight I put on, I have also lost an additional Lb and I'm right back on track.
