okay, I'm gonna address this, as many MJ fans and the general public already have. taylor swift IS NOT MICHAEL JACKSON FAMOUS. Michael Jackson is a BLACK man who worked extremely hard to get to where he did. breaking racial and cultural barriers (there's obviously a lot more). the only thing I see taylors fans praising is that her music genre switch was successful, and she's another female rights representative celebrity. Michael Jackson, on the other hand, used his celebrity status to give to the needy, especially children, which really matters. so many kids who survived from hospitals he visited have gotten to live their lives without being bed ridden. Michael Jackson is to thank for that. kids right now are the new generations that can make the Earth a better place for you and for me if they are taught and treated right. Michael's fans take up an entire 14th of the EARTH'S POPULATION. before we had all this technology, even native tribes who had isolated themselves from the limited amounts of technology they had back in the 80's and 90's knew who he was. taylors fan base is really only in the US. Michael Jackson has a fucking moon crater named after him. I don't see taylor donating her money to charities, or standing up for special causes like Michael Jackson did. Michael Jackson is the King of Pop. Michael Jackson was a humanitarian. Michael Jackson was a BLACK man who changed the world. swifties need to stop labeling taylor as this person who "surpasses" other artists who have worked their asses off, ESPECIALLY if they were of color.
