You will bloom, if you take the time to water yourself 💐 Throwback to my favourite shoot from last year with my amazing friend & super talented photographer @karentrigoso 💖 I got inspired from my eating disorder recovery journey ✨ After spending my teenage years stressing over my body, believing I had to starve myself to be a good enough dancer, to feel "worthy"... I'm so happy something finally clicked inside me and told me I was more than that. That click in my head happened almost 6 years ago now and it's been such an amazing journey of healing myself from the inside out. (This very personal story is truly what inspired and keeps on fueling my little community @peachesmagazine btw 🍑😄) I truly believe our bodies are like a beautiful garden, we plant the seeds, nourish the soil and life happens!
