Random facts you should know about Nick:
he’s 6′4. yup. one tall boy.
is usually described as “thuggish”
it’s really hard to find a faceclaim that matches this kjlsdf;
just barely 18 but could easily pass for 21/22
uhh SURPRISE he’s actually a demon that’s been alive since the beginning of time
he’s referred to as the “caller of the last darkness” because he’ll be the last thing around when the light dies.
black arthur and olivia are his bio parents. olivia and daniel ryves raised him. he only found out that daniel wasn’t his bio dad a couple years ago.
which means his brother alan isn’t actually blood related to him at all, because alan’s parents are daniel and marie (some woman who passed away around when nick was born / when alan was 3)
it’s kind of obvious when you look at them -- nick looks like olivia and alan looks like daniel, but nick has always believed they’re brothers and honestly ? blood doesn’t make family . we know this .
NICK CAN’T LIE.
not because there’s anything physically stopping him but because he literally doesn’t understand how to.
language is difficult for him. it’s not inherent to his kind -- they normally speak mentally along lines of communication drawn in summoning circles. it’s a miracle he ever learned to speak at all, though you wouldn’t know it by looking at him.
he uses everything as a weapon -- his body, his words, his sword. he doesn’t let people get close to him.
though he’s kind of the dark and brooding type in looks, that’s really not him. he doesn’t have a wounded soul; he doesn’t have a soul.
he cares for one (1) person. alan. only alan.

yeah don’t touch his brother . ever . you’ll die.
nick has some hella magic but he doesn’t trust magicians.
in his lore, magicians are born with some aptitude towards magic, but they summon demons to get more power.
demons don’t have to answer these summons, but they usually do because they want to get in out of the cold -- their own dimension.
