OK so im going to a season two vibe, where betty is just scared shitless that all of her friends HATE her and things aren’t going to be the same for anyone. because making my characters lives hard is a kink of mine

betty is worried that the black hood is still around, regardless where she’s at. 

she really just wants to love life again and be happy with her jughead and just ugh. allow the light to shine threw.

but im not giving her that bc im a jerk.

hermione is the loml and i really wish i could make her life simple bc it’s never been so but im the worst and cant do that.

she’s currently eighteen and WOULD be in her seventh year at hogwarts. obviously as the plot goes that wouldn’t happen 

listen she needs friends. specifically her friends that she is having a hard time finding.

his father left him at a young age, causing jim to hold a slight bitterness towards the fact

he was the only child

he believed that his mother owned an inn, somewhere off the west coast near canada. he isn’t quite sure why he ever left, since he believed he would have always been by her side helping her.

ever since a child, he had a knack for getting in trouble. this has never gone away, and perhaps has gotten worse.

he is huge interest in the stars and space, a completely science junkie. he doesn’t believe in aliens, but of course he wonders what else lies beyond this universe. 

considered a mechanic, probably is a mechanic if they have one in town. he is very good with his hands and has been building odd contraptions since a child. he rigged the motorcycle he owned to drive faster and is currently attempting to build a machine that could fly. he isn’t sure why he needs to, but is feels compelled to reach the stars.

he is sort of selfless but also kind of sarcastic at times...basically protecting himself

(what she does know) JUDY HOPPS

she left her home to pursue a dream at a young age. her parents were worrisome that she would not fit in, though judy was always determined as a young girl.

she ended up become part of the police force, though she isn’t sure why. somewhere, along the line, she feels as if she had always dreamt of being an officer. though her dreams have somehow become a blurry vision intertwined with lost thoughts and confusion.

she likes long walks on the beach and relaxing under trees, especially if she has a book in her hands. she is always trying to find new things to learn, despite never being good at any of it.

judy is a little naive, but tends to see the best in all

hello,  all!!!  i’m zelda,  18,  and in the AEDT timezone.  magnus bane is my #1 son,  and i would basically eat an entire plate of broccoli for him.  my portrayal is a mix of three aspects:  the freeform television show,  my own headcanons,  and the mortal instruments series . . .  probably in that order,  if i’m being honest.  i tend to get a bit rambly,  so let’s get straight into this bio! 

BASICS

magnus bane is an immortal warlock.  he was born in the early 1600s in batavia,  to a half - dutch,  half - indonesian mother.  upon realising what his cat eyes  ( or  WARLOCK MARK )  meant once they had surfaced,  she took her own life,  unable to live with the fact that she had bore the son of a demon.  after killing his step - father in the aftermath,  magnus fled to madrid,  where he spent nearly a decade learning to harness his volatile magic.  by the time he was sixteen,  he’d begun lying about his age in order to impress those around him. 

over the centuries,  he spent time all over the world,  making the most of his immortality and performing magical services for his fellow downworlders,  shadowhunters,  and mundanes  ( usually for a hefty price,  of course ).  while having settled in london for a time,  he ultimately found a home in new york city,  and quickly established himself as the high warlock of brooklyn.  for a century,  now,  he has been providing assistance to the inhabitants of the shadow world in the city,  though with some reluctance when it comes to shadowhunters.

some of his distinguishing features are his gold / green cat eyes,  multiple piercings in his ears,  and his extravagant fashion sense.

he owns a cat named chairman meow.

PERSONALITY

POSITIVES:  wise,  brave,  selfless,  driven,  confident,  observant,  prone to striving for perfection.

NEGATIVES:  stubborn,  cynical,  melodramatic,  short - tempered.

HOBBIES:  horticulture  ( particularly when it comes to cultivating plants for his apothecary ),  reading  ( novels,  comics,  ancient texts etc ),  party planning,  exploring the globe. 

HABITS:  taps at / fiddles with whatever objects he finds in his grasp when he's nervous or attempting to make a decision ( eg. books,  a glass,  his rings ).  tends to physically toss away objects he is no longer interested in.  uses an added flourish when performing spells.  often lies about his age. 

ADDICTIONS:  alcohol. 

MENTAL AFFLICTIONS:  ptsd  ( more information on that can be found on my indie magnus here ),   bpd  ( more info can be found here ).

I’m picking him up as being new to the suit. He’s only worn it for a couple of months and is still adjusting to all of the hardships of being trapped in it. He’s full of rage and grief at his situation, having just lost his wife and children, as well as having been “betrayed” by his best friend and manipulated by his father figure. He’s basically a big ol’ ball of negativity. Hopefully being in such a peaceful place so far away from the sources of all his hardships will do him some good? Hahaha
