Okay, I have to admit at first I thought this observation is a bit far-fetched. 🫣 Sorry! But then I watched the episode again with a friend and he pointed out the same thing... So I took a closer look and yeah, it does look like the same coat. Unless the dark blue coat is now part of the ghoul boy uniform, same as the boots and both have one.

obviously we love a skeptic but i'll go further and say it's shane's personal coat. :) they haven't worn it at the same time and when we see them standing together shane is the one wearing it. also it just looks like his coat lmao.

Ryan DID have a coat like this, but it’s been a few years since he’s worn it (he seems to have replaced it with the long coat mentioned above)
