Magentism, bodily intrusion
The 'iron titan' specializes in magentism, this gives the user the ability to manipulate any metal of their choice, the magentism serves as a combat motive that allows the shifter to attract things such as guns, war tanks, bombs and other iron or steel encased weapons/items including daily items like, forks, cans and nails, even small or crushed fragments of metal can be manipulated to the users advantage.
Other effects of the iron titan is compression, this allows the shifter to crush or squeeze any metal of choice, but there is a caveat, this can only be exercised a handful of times during attacks this takes immense focus and does not happen quickly especially if its against a large subject.
In order to keep this ability from spiraling out of the control, the user must have intense focus on the subject and their objective. Without the the two, the ability is either useless or uncontrollable, their emotions have to remaine balanced, being rushed into focus can lead to fatal outcomes on the wrong subject, not having a clear enough objective even on right subject could lead to delayed or unsuccessful attacks.
Bodily intrusion is the final ability of the iron, this gives the user the capability control blood. This ability can only be used on subjects of ymir, and allows the user usage of someone else's body, the iron running within the blood can be heightened or lowered to severe levels slowly or quickly, depending on how low or high, it can be an 'instant kill' against the person this tactic was only used by Clementine Bhaer, and was practiced on over 49 test subjects and used on 33 enemies, she never once explained how she learned it and it hasn't been able to be taught, even through memories Maurice never found out how she did it.

okay so, I think im gonna with the magnetism idea that was suggested by @/devileyeswriting, i did have a sorta wendigo--elk idea with the horns but that is definitely more fitting for a beast titan variant

i've thought about making Thorne the warhammer buuuttt that throws a major plot-hole in the entire "Libero Raid" event because he wasn't there that night and capturing of the warhammer (Lara Tybur) would mean he would be the one dying that night, which stops his story all too quickly, plus the warhammer is exclusive to the Tybur family.
but ofc i could just not have him die that night, porco and him both being able to escape, but that leaves another plot hole in which "why did the scouts need this big attack in the first place??" sure they did need to bring eren home and capture zeke but yet again they could've easily abducted him quietly from the inside with the help of Yelena, and the warhammer's abilities is crucial to the founding titans which is crucial to the rumbling so i just can't do that
fixing those plot holes is just something i refuse to do and will avoid completely
i've brainstormed having his titan be centered around Iron (metal) because that is a natural resource of earth, like the female, colossal, attack and jaw all focus on anatomy and natural resources, female anatomy, biting/scratching, heat, attack titan lowk just being a giant shirtless ken doll with an emo hair cut, things that are nature born/apart of human anatomy
but then theres dystopian aspects to them, the female having the ability to summon other pure titans, jaw with flying, attack with future memory inheritance these are all abilities are not things humans naturally do keeping aot in it's dystopian/fantasy world
and i know not all titans need to have some fancy feature to them, the armor, attack, female and cart do focus mainly the skill of the user but theres still some type of distinct feature that makes them all different, the armored wouldn't be the armor if it werent for its armor, the cart wouldn't be the cart, if you couldn't carry things on its back, y'know what i mean???
is there any specific thing that iron (metal) can that other materials couldn't or singular combat features to use his character??
done more thinking..... an Elk Titan??? (Name in work) Having horns or some type of thing like that, sorta like a bull on hind legs, relaying on its head to cause most damage, the design could be like a wendigo via-head design š¤
