I don't see Devon as completely distant, although I don't see him as super affectionate either (although I do feel he would be more affectionate if he were high).
B = Best friend (What would they be like as best friends? How would the friendship start?)
You know each other from school, but if you ask me, the only way you and Devon can continue your friendship and later have a relationship is if Alec likes you (and you might succeed if you respect their gender identity or don't make any transphobic comments). And if you get past Alec, things between you and Devon can definitely blossom.
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Only in private, but I can see him cuddling with you.
D = Dreams (How do they imagine their future with you?) You?)
As much as I'd like to say it, while Devon loves you very much, he doesn't have much of a future with you. I mean, no matter what you do, he's going to attack the school and end up in jail with Alec.

Yes, Devon would feel very, very bad if you broke up with him, but nothing a good high couldn't fix.

No, firstly because at that point you and Devon are too young, and secondly because Devon already has too many problems to want marriage.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
He tries. He's not very gentle, but it's the thought that counts.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
I don't think it's so much about hugs, although… I feel like he likes back hugs, whether you give them or he does.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
He probably says it when he's high; there's no other way I can see him telling you he loves you.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they're jealous?)
I can see him being very jealous, not a jealous king, but Devon tends to be very jealous of the people you hang out with, and if he doesn't like those people, it'll be even worse.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
Unlike hugs, Devon loves kisses, everywhere, all the time. Whenever you're together, you can be sure he'll steal at least five kisses. This man loves kissing you.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
I don't know what to put. I'm including this because I have absolutely no idea what Devon's opinion was about the kids, so I can only say it was neutral.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
They probably won't wake up together because I highly doubt their parents (yours and his) would allow it, so Devon or you (whoever is sleeping at the other's house) will have to leave before dawn to avoid getting caught.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
As I said before, I highly doubt they'd be allowed to sleep together, so Devon will simply sneak into your house at night to sleep with you (or vice versa, you sneaking into his house).
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
It would be all at once once they both get high.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
Not as impatient as Alec, but still He tends to get a little annoyed.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
Honestly, not much. He tries to remember enough so you don't get mad at him for forgetting things, but he doesn't really make much of an effort.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
The first time they did drugs together. Devon tends to do drugs frequently, but it was especially the first time he did it with you (you were high too). That was definitely also the first time they had sex.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
He would try to be protective, but I seriously doubt they'd take it seriously, so you can be sure that associating with Alec and Devon will lead to some harassment.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday things?) tasks?)
Almost nothing, they'd probably just be going for walks, eating hamburgers, or going to a forest to get high.

I've said the word "get high" so many times that I'd be surprised if they didn't realize what a bad habit it is.

Besides their colorful hair and their style of clothing, I highly doubt they bother to dress up much more.

Quite a lot. When he's not with you, he prefers to do drugs.

At first, you didn't dare go out with him because you thought he and Alec had some kind of relationship.

Devon doesn't really care much about what his partner is like, as long as they're not difficult and Alec likes them, then I think everything's fine.

Insomnia. I have no proof, but I also have no doubt.
