I've got a murder scene deep inside me and don't know where to put it

a couple of days ago my wrist started to hurt a lot. I've drawn without any wrist pain for most of my life- I had a surge of it at 17ish years old, but wearing a brace prevented any further pain

But a yeah about a couple of days ago I started noticing some sharp pain. It's kinda creeping from my arm to the palm and fingers- I'm getting some numbness. The worst part is definitely the pain though, and people say carpal tunnel isn't particularly painful

I'm a bit weirded out by the rather... sudden-ness of it. I've been trying to stretch and such, but it doesn't seem like it's doing mush

The previous injury that led to the tense muscles is maybe a bit uncomfortable to read, and if you got no swelling it likely won't be that. I'll still put it in a read more.

If you can, try gettiing a physiotherapist to look at the wrist. After 5 different doctors a physiotherapist was the first one to correctly diagnose me with "part of your wrist is obviously out of place".
