People in queerplatonic relationships deserve just as much respect as people in romantic relationships. People who don’t desire any kind of devoted relationship (queerplatonic, romantic, or otherwise) deserve just as much respect as people who do.

Honestly, queerplatonic relationships are so nice and good and sweet. Shout out to everyone that’s in a queerplatonic relationship, you’re awesome and I’m so happy for you.

I have multiple partners and they all like to tease each other and banter and it's really cute to watch. (using initials) V and P will make fun of each other. P is protective of A. A gives me relationship advice with V and P. V will get the house clean whenever A is coming over, so that A and I can have a nice time cuddling on the couch in a clean living room. Like I have these three people in my life and they all love me, holy shit, I'm so freaking lucky.

Disabled people in queerplatonic relationships are awesome!  We are not in qpr’s because we “can’t get real love.”  We are in qpr’s because we choose to be, because qpr’s are fulfilling and wonderful relationships.

Try to trust your qpp.  It can be easy to be scared that you’re bothering them or annoying them, but your qpp chose to be in a qpr with you for a reason.  They care about you tremendously and love all of you, even the parts of you that get scared or anxious.  It’s okay to open up to them.

*Walks up to two people in a QPR* So which of you is the anxious ball of nerves, who has a hard time picking up on social cues, and which of you is the intimidating muscle, who's actually a teddy bear, and just wants to protect those he cares about?
