      間の空いた更新で申し訳ありません。

I apologize for the vacant updates.

  8月に入ってからも、暑い日が続きますね。皆様体調は崩されていないでしょうか。

Even now that we entered August, the hot days are continuing. I wonder if everyone’s health isn’t thrown off balance.

   僕は相変わらず、毎度の事ながら溶けそうになりながら仕事をしています。暑いの苦手。

I’m working as usually, while feeling like I’m about to melt every time. I’m bad with heat.

    酷暑が続き、何かとバテたり、ボーッとなったりしがちですが、気力だけはしっかり持って、お互い強く生きましょうね。

The intense heat continues, while anything makes us exhausted, and we tend to get drowsy, hold on through sheer will-power and let’s both live strongly, ‘kay?

      話変わり、先日ゲキバカさんの舞台『ドン・ペリニヨン・デイ』を観劇してきました。

Changing the story, the other day I went to see Gekibaka-san’s  “Don Perignon Day” stageplay.

    昨年の舞台『夜−ye−』で共演した、鈴木ハルニさんと伊藤亜斗武さんが出演している作品。

It’s a work starring Suzuki Haruni-san and Ito Atomu-san with whom I performed together last year in the stage play “Night – ye-“;

     お2人共めちゃくちゃ素敵でした。お話も心に響く作品で、楽しむと同時にたくさん勉強させて頂きました。はぁぁーーーお芝居したい。

Both of them were really wonderful. As it was a work that resonated with my heart as well, I colour enjoy it while at the same time studying a lot. Haaaaa---I want to act.

   無事千秋楽を迎えられた様で何よりです。

More than anything I hope you can reach the finale safely.

  あとむさん。

ハルニさんとはタイミングが合わず。。。

 とっても格好良かったです。

He was really cool.

 本日8月6日は、一ノ瀬トキヤさんのお誕生日。おめでとうございます。

Today, August 6th, is Ichinose Tokiya’s birthday. Congratulations.

 あなたが生きる世界が歴史が、向き合った楽曲や役が僕を成長させてくれました。

Though the world you live in is fictional, the songs and role that I faced made me grow.

  人としても、役者としても、アーティストとしても大好きで尊敬していますし、好敵手であり、負けたくない存在です。

I have come to respect and love you  a lot as a person, an actor and even as artist, and you’ve become my rival, and someone I don’t want to lose to.

   これからも多くのことを学ばせて頂きますね。改めて心から祝福を。

You will let me learn a lot of things from now on as well, won’t you. Once more, my blessings from the bottom of my heart.

    つい先日まで、台風の影響か若干過ごし易い気候になり、安堵していたのも束の間。暑い日が続きますね。

Until just the other day, the effect of the typhoon had turned the weather somewhat easier, and for a bit I was relieved as well. The hot days are continuing, aren’t they.

  外気の香りもすっかり夏。街中では、夏休みを満喫している家族をあちこちに見かけ、懐かしい気持ちに。

The smell of the atmosphere is also summer. In the city, I see families who enjoy the summer holidays everywhere and I feel nostalgic.

    気付けば8月。葉月。

夏真っ盛り。

When I realized it was august. Hazuki.

The height of summer.

 (T/N: 葉月 is the 8th month of the lunar calendar)

  皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

I wonder how everyone is spending their time.

       先日、『新・幕末純情伝 FAKENEWS』が千秋楽を迎え、全24公演の幕を降ろしました。

The other day, “NEO – BAKUMATSU JUNJODEN FAKE NEWS” welcomed its finale, and the curtain was lowered on all 24 performances.

    これまで足を運んで下さった皆様、誠にありがとうございます。

To everyone who’s come to the theater until now, thank you so much.

稽古開始から2ヶ月。

あっという間な2ヶ月。

充実した2ヶ月。

2 months since practice began.

2 months that flew by.

2 months that were fulfilling.

   今回この新・幕末純情伝に携わり、本当に多くのことを学ばせて頂きました。

Having been involved in NEO – BAKUMATSU JUNJODEN this time, I truly learned a lot of things.

  この作品を愛し、僕達を愛し、役者に親身になりつつ、己の独自の切り口で物語を創り上げた、河毛さん。

Kawake-san, who created this story through his own unique perspective, while loving this work, while loving us, and while being kind to the actors.

   昔からつかこうへい作品に関わってきた洗練されたスタッフの方々。

The refined people of staff who have been involved with works of Tsuka Kohei since long.

  同じ舞台に立った素敵な先輩達。

The greatest senpai with whom I stood on the same stage.

   そして、俳優 味方良介。

And the actor, Mikata Ryosuke.

  良介くんに出逢えて良かった。あなたの坂本龍馬を以蔵として支えられて良かった。

I’m glad I met Ryosuke. I’m glad that I supported your Sakamoto Ryouma as Izo.

  稽古場でも、本番に入ってからも、たくさんお世話になりました。

At the practice venue, as well since entering the actual performance, you were a great help to me.

  この人が言う事は間違い無い。だから信頼出来る。悔しいけれど敵いません。今は。

There’s no mistake in what this person says. That’s why I can trust him. It’s vexing, but I can’t match with him. Now at least.

   僕はどうやら、同年代として1番尊敬し、1番負けたくない人に出逢ってしまったようです。

It apparently seems that I have met the person of the same age who I respect the most, and the one I don’t want to lose to the most.

    そんな人が演じる坂本龍馬だからこそ、岡田以蔵として僕自身が成長することが出来たんだと思います。感謝してもしきれません。本当にありがとうございました。

I think it’s exactly because such a person played Sakamoto Ryouma, that I was able to grow myself as Okada Izo. I have nothing but gratitude. Thank you so much.

      今思い返してみても、楽しい思い出ばかり。

Even if I look back now, I only have fun memories.

      作中、登場人物全員が総司のことを想っています。愛情や友情、羨望、はたまた殺意などさまざま。

Within the story, all of the characters were considering Shoji. Love and friendship, envy and various things like his intent to kill.

(T/N: Okita Shoji, a member of the Shinsengumi, who was notorious for his swordman skills, his intent to kill, and who fell ill to TB in the early days of the Bakumutsu period. Izo himself, was on the opposing side and is one of the notorious assassins of the same period. If you’ve ever dabbled in any work of fiction set in the Bakumatsu era, you might have encountered their namesakes. Many Swordsmen of those days have become quite popular in fiction)

 しかし以蔵は、そんな多くの人物とは異なるベクトルで総司を想い続けています。

But Izo continued to think about Shoji in a way that differed with such a large amount of people.

    背負っているものも、総司に対する言葉の強さも、想い続けた年月も、僕は以蔵が1番だと感じます。大好きな坂本龍馬先生の傍にいながらも。

What he’s carrying on his back, as well as the strength of the words in regards to Shoji, the months and years where he continued to think, I think that Izo felt that the most. While being next to his favourite teacher Sakamoto Ryouma.

     だからこそ、以蔵にだけ出せる色を。

想いを。愛を。強さを。

That’s exactly why I can only put out these colours for Izo.

Emotions. Love. Strength.

     それを追求していたら、あっという間に公演が終わってしまいました。悔しい。もっとやりたい。

While I was seeking after that, the show ended up finishing in a flash. Frustrating. I want to do more.

     この作品に出会えて、岡田以蔵に出逢えて、心から幸せでした。

I was thoroughly happy for meeting this work, and encountering Okada Izo.

       携わった全ての方、観劇、応援して下さった全ての皆様に、感謝を。

To all the people involved, and to everyone who went to the theater and supported us, my gratitude.

      酷暑が続きますね。

全国各地で、真夏日や猛暑日。40℃を超える所も。

The intense heat is continuing, isn’t it? Throughout the country there are days when it goes about 30°C or even 35°C. There are even places where it goes over 40°C.

 (T/N: I didn’t even know Japan had a word for days over 30° (manatsubi (true summer day)) and 35° (moushobi (fierce summer heat day)). Interesting)

 命に関わる暑さなので、皆様くれぐれも体調管理にお気をつけ下さい。

As it’s a heat that affects the living, please take good care of your health, everyone.

   昨日、公演14日目が無事終了致しました。お暑い中、足を運んで下さった皆様ありがとうございます。

Yesterday, we finished the 14th performance day safely as well. Thank you for everyone who came to the theater during this heat wave.

    気づけば残り8公演。

全体の3分の1となりました。

When I realized there were only 8 performances left.

It’s become a third of the total.

  この作品に関われる機会もあと僅か。

驕らず、しかし焦らず、最後まで上を目指して。

Only a bit left for the opportunity to get involved with this work, huh.

Without getting haughty, aim for the top until the end, but don’t hurry.

嬉しい感想をたくさん聞けました。おかげで残りの公演にも精が出るってもんですな。

I heard a lot of happy impressions. Thanks to that I should be able to put in energy for the rest of the performances as well.

 (T/N: I couldn’t find a proper translation for このこのー, but I think it means “bothering someone personal bubble” by nudging, poking, or being awfully close)

   明日からまた幕末の時代へ。

改めて気を引き締めて参ります。

From tomorrow we’ll head to the Bakumatsu period again.

Once more I will brace my mind.

        昨日、斬劇『戦国BASARA』天政奉還が東京公演千秋楽を迎え、その幕を一旦降ろしました。

Yesterday, Dramatization “Sengoku Basara” Restoration of Heavenly rule welcomed the finale of the Tokyo performances, and thus the curtain was temporarily lowered.

 昼夜共に、たくさんのご来場誠にありがとうございます。

Thank you for the many who came to visit in both the day and night.

     初日を迎えたのがつい昨日のことの様に感じる程、あっという間な東京公演でした。この調子だと大阪公演は一瞬で終わってしまいそうですね。

The Tokyo performances happened so fast that I felt like we’d just welcomed the first performance yesterday. It seems like the Osaka performances will end in an instant this way, right.

    そんな東京公演最終日。

昼公演にはこの方が。

The final day of such Tokyo performances.

During the daytime performance this person visited.

 たいちゃーーーーーん。

Tai-chaaaaaaaaaaaaan.

 お忙しい中来て下さいました。本当にありがとうございます。

Thank you so much for coming while you are busy.

 実は前日まで連絡を取っていたのにも関わらず、頑なに観に行くとは言わないので、今回は来れないと思っていました。

Actually, despite being in contact until the day before, he stubbornly wouldn’t say if he’d come, so I ended up thinking that he wouldn’t come this time.

 内緒で来るなんて驚きました。

でも客席にいるのすぐ分かったもんね。

I was surprised when he secretly did come.

But I understood right away that he was in the audience.

 おかげで心が温まりました。

また旅行行きましょうね。

Thanks to that my heart warmed up.

Let’s go on a trip again, shall we.

      そして！そして！

夜公演にはこの方が。

During the night time performances this person.

 よーーーじろーーーーさーーーーーん。

Yoooojirooooo-saaaaaan.

 一部の人しか知らなかったサプライズゲスト。

A surprise guest that only some people might know.

  従者でありながら、尊敬する先輩であり、何でも甘えさせてくれた、年の離れた兄貴の様な人。

A respected senior while still serving, who lets me depend on him for anything, a person like an older brother separated in age.

 ようさんには本当にお世話になりました。

久しぶりにお会いして、何もかも手探りでがむしゃらにやっていたあの頃を思い出すのと同時に、懐かしくも思いました。

I’ve become really indebted to You-san.

Meeting for the first time in a while, I remembered it fondly, while at the same time remember that I did everything frantically by trial and error in those days.

  わざわざ来て下さり心から感謝しています。また絶対共演しましょうね。

I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart for coming while you are busy. Let’s act together again by all means, okay.

 今度は村田洋二郎と松村龍之介として。

This time as Murata Yojiro and Matsumura Ryunosuke.

      昼も夜も佐助サプライズ。

おかげで僕の脳がパラダイス。

During the day and night Sasuke surprise.

Thanks to that my mind is a paradise.

 (T/N: Sasuke is the ninja that stands by Yukimura’s side. And yes he made it rhyme in Japanese too).

  お2人共ありがとうございます。

Both of you, thank you.

          皆様から贈って下さったお花の数々。

The many flowers I have received from everyone.

どれも美しく、ロビーが煌々と紅に輝いていました。一部重なってしまい、全体像が写せなくて申し訳ありません。肉眼では隈なく焼き付けました。

Each and every one was beautiful, and the lobby was bathing in bright red. I apologize I couldn’t get a whole picture as some were overlapping.  I burnt every detail in my memory with my own eyes.

  本編中何度もロビーを通るのですが、この紅を見かける度に、力が湧いてきました。

Though I go through the lobby many times during the play, whenever I see this red, my power wells up.

 本当に本当にありがとうございます。

感謝が尽きません。

Thank you so, so much.

I have nothing but gratitude.

      加えて、皆様が認めて下さったお手紙。全て有り難く読ませて頂きました。

In addition, the letters that everyone has written. I will read all of them with gratitude.

 卒業ということもあり、この度初めて僕に認めてくれた方々もいらっしゃりとても嬉しかったです。

There’s also my graduation, and I’m very happy to see that it seems that there are people who have written to me for the first time.

 お手紙を通し、作品と共に歩んできた皆様の思いと歴史を知ると、戦国BASARAという作品が如何に愛されているかを実感すると共に、このコンテンツがこれどけ長く続いてきた理由が垣間見えた気がします。

Knowing the history and thoughts of everyone who walked together with this work through your letters, and realizing how loved this work called Sengoku BASARA is, I caught a glimpse of why this content had been going on for so long.

 そして、僕に対する感謝を述べて下さった皆様も多かったのですが、それ以上に感謝しているのは僕の方です。

And though many have expressed their gratitude towards me, the one who is more grateful is me.

  応援し、支えてくれる方がいらっしゃるからこそ、僕は真田幸村という役に5年間向き合うことができ、自分自身が成長する機会を頂けました。

Exactly because there were people who supported and rooted for me, I could face the role of Sanada Yukimura for five years, and I myself had the opportunity to grow.

  改めて心からの感謝を。

必ず舞台上から恩返しをさせて頂きますね。

僕の5年を持って。

Once again, I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart.

I will definitely pay you back from atop the stage.

Carrying my 5 years.

Today, August 6th, is Ichinose Tokiya-san's birthday. Congratulations. Thanks to you, I had many irreplaceable encounters and experiences.

    連日たくさんの方々がこの作品を見届けて下さること、日頃応援して下さること、本当に感謝しています。

I’m really grateful that every day that so many people come see this work and support us day after day.

     もっともっといろんな人に見てもらいたい。そんな作品。

I want to get even more people to see it. That kind of work.

明智光秀/天海/瀬戸祐介役のせってぃーさん。

Akechi Mitsuhide/Tenkai/Seto Yuusuke ’s actor Setty-san.

 お芝居も素敵ですが、僕が大好きなのはその人間性。

Though his acting is also wonderful, what I like about him a lot is his humanity.

稽古場の時から何かと隣にいては他愛も無い話ばかり。それは劇場に入ってからも変わらず。

Since the practice venue we’ve been talking nothing but nonsense if we somehow end up next to each other, and that hasn’t changed since entered the theatre.

 これだけ甘えられて、良い意味で気を使うことが一切無い先輩は珍しく自分でも驚いています。それ程せってぃーさんの人柄が良く、懐が広いからですね。

Just that it’s rare for a senpai who is being depended on, without me having to be afraid to give trouble, and it even surprised myself.

 大阪までよろしくお願いしますね。

Until Osaka, yoroshiku onegaishimasu ne.

   東京最後の2公演。

東京公演は、今日が最終日。

これまで培ってきたモノ、高めた熱の集大成を。

Tokyo’s final 2 performance.

Today is the last day of the Tokyo performance.

I went to visit the theatre.

It packed a punch and I was overwhelmed from beginning to end.

Nosuke-kun, you were awesome~!

I really like the Nosuke-kun who stands on stage the most~!! 🙋‍♂️

Though he was apparently looking forward to souvenirs !? from Thailand...

I thought they’d be unnecessary luggage so I didn’t bring any. 🤪🤪

7日目が如く。

The 7th day has caught up.

       昨日、公演7日目も無事終了致しました。たくさんのご来場誠にありがとうございます。

Yesterday the 7th performance day has also finished safely. Thank you for the many who have come to visit.

     早いもので、東京公演は残り2日。

つい先日開幕したかと思いきや。

噛み締めつつ、より上を目指して。

Though it’s fast, there are 2 days left of the Tokyo performances.

And I was just thinking we started the other day.

While relishing every moment, I will aim for greater heights.

       1公演のみでしたが、特別衣装のジャージ公演。

皆様が少しでも笑顔に。その一心で臨ませて頂きました。楽しんで貰えたなら何よりです。

Though there was only one show, it was the performance with the special outfit jersey.

Making everyone smile, if even a little. With that single thought in mind I participated. I hope that more than anything you were able to enjoy it.

          ジャージで。

In the jersey.

  特別衣装でも2人の宿縁は変わりません。

しゅーてぃーと殺陣をしている時が一番1番楽しくて、生きた心地がします。叶うならば一生斬り合っていたい。そんな感覚です。

Even in the special outfit, the destiny of these two people doesn’t change.

The time when I’m fighting on stage with Shuuty is the most enjoyable, I feel alive. If I could, I would want to clash swords my entire life. That kind of feeling.

       そして昨日の公演には、こーせいさんが観劇に。

And Kousei-san has come to see yesterday’s performance.

 ゲネプロに引き続き、わざわざありがとうございます。とあるシーンでは、こうせいさんに捧げる全力の舞を披露させて頂きました。お気に召したでしょうか。

Thank you especially for continuing to the dress rehearsal. In a certain scene I performed a dance with all my strength dedicated to Kousei-san. I wonder if he liked it.

 今回共に戦いたかったです。

いつかご一緒出来る時を願って。

I wanted to fight together this time.

I hope we can go for dinner together some time.

Today we finished the 5th performance day safely as well. Thank you for coming to the theatre.

   今日も暑かったですね。

ですが明日から週末にかけては、更に気温が上がるそう。劇場にお越しの際はくれぐれもお気を付け下さい。

Today was hot as well, wasn’t.

But  it looks like the temperature will increase even further starting tomorrow over the weekend. Please be careful when visiting the theatre.

  けいくん。

一言で言うと好き。それに尽きる。

Kei-kun.

In a nutshell, I love him. That’s all.

 けいくんの勝海舟は色気に溢れてる。

舞台上でぶつかり合うシーンは、心踊りますし、ワクワクが止まりません。

Kei-kun’s Katsu Kaishuu is overflowing with elegance.

The scenes where we clash on stage, my heart dances and the excitement won’t stop.

  因みに勝海舟のチャームポイントは、鮮やかなアイシャドウです。

By the way, Katsu Kaishuu’s charm point is the vivid eye-shadow.

I went for lunch with Kikuchi no Shuuji when I finished work. He’s handsome as always. He has big, round eyes. In high spirits. Excellent style. A bit sassy. But cute.

 ハンバーガーは美味しかったです。

      今日は朝から晴れやかで、気温も夏らしさを感じられますね。劇場へ向かう道中では、今年初めて蝉の鳴き声を聞きました。

Today it’s been sunny since morning, and the temperature also feels like summer, doesn’t it. While on my way to the theater, I heard the sound of the cicadas for the first time this year.

 ですが昨晩のように、夜には雨が降るそうです。お帰りの際はくれぐれもお気をつけ下さい。

But like last night, it looks like it’ll rain at night. Please stay careful if you are going home.

     話変わり。

公演6日目も無事終了致しました。お足元が悪い中、ご来場誠にありがとうございます。

Changing the story.

The 6th perfomance day also finished safely. Thank you for coming to the theater while footing is bad.

        平日の2公演。

昼公演の終演後、夏祭イベントに初代片倉小十郎役の吉田友一さんがゲストでいらして下さいました。

2 performances on a weekday.

After the performance of the day time, Yoshida Tomokazu – who was the first generation actor for Katakura Kojuro – was the guest at the summer festival event.

お元気そうで何より。

今回お会い出来てとても嬉しかったです。初めて出会ったのはかれこれ5年以上前ですが、それからプライベートでも仲良くさせて頂いておりました。

More than anything he looked healthy.

I was very happy that I could meet him this time. Though it’s been more than 5 years since we first met, we’ve been getting along well in private as well since then.

  近況はもちろん、仕事の話やくだらない話、時には僕の役者業を激励してくれたり。

We talk of course about current affairs, but also about work or nonsense, and at times he cheers on my acting.

 たくさんお世話になった大好きな先輩。

だからこそ友一くんの言葉はとても心に響きます。

A beloved senpai whom I’m much obliged to.

That’s why Tomokazu-kun’s words resonated thoroughly in my heart.

  お忙しい中ありがとうございました。

おかげでより一層精進出来ます。

Thank you for coming while you are busy.

Thanks to you I’m able to devote myself even more.

       そしてそして。

夜公演には特別衣装、ジャージ公演が開催されました。本編とはまた異なるBASARAをお届けしました。

And and.

For the night time performance there the jersey performance, with special outfits, was held. In this version we delivered yet another version of BASARA.

  少しでも楽しんで貰えたなら幸いです。

I had this kind of feeling.

普段の衣装と違ってやはり動きやすい。

Differing from the usual outfit, it’s easy to move in after all.

 ですが快適過ぎて、時々衣装を着ているかどうか自分でも分からなくなる時があります。

But it’s too comfortable, and from time to time there are instances when even I myself forget that I’m wearing a costume.

 そんなラフな感じもジャージの魅力なのでしょうか。

I wonder if that casual feeling is also one of the charms of this jersey.

Yesterday, the 5th performance day was also ended safely. Thank you to the many who came to visit.

      終演後にはアフタートークもございました。遅い時間にも関わらず、参加して下さった皆様ありがとうございます。

After the performance ended there was also an after talk. Thank you to everyone who participated even though it was late.

2代目 舞台真田幸村役のけーーーくん。

The second generation stage play Sanada Yukimura’s actor Kei-kun.

 お忙しい中ありがとうございました。けーくんに会うと自然と元気が出ます。

Thank you for coming while you are busy. Meeting with Kei-kun has naturally made me happy.

 アフタートークでも述べましたが、互いの六文銭を交換し、昨日の公演はけーくんが実際に使用していた六文銭を着用させて頂きました。

Though I also mentioned it in the after talk, we exchanged eath other’s 6-coin necklaces, and during yesterday’s performance I was actually wearing the 6-coins that Kei-kun had used.

 とても粋ですよね。おかげで本番中は先輩に支えてられている様な感覚を持ちながら、思いっきり槍を振るえました。本当に感謝しています。

Very considerate, isn’t it. Thanks to that I could shake my spears with all my strength while feeling that I was supported by me senior during the actual performance. I’m really grateful.

         今日は2公演。

そして夜はジャージ公演。

       今日は昨日までの気候と違い、所々晴れ間も見えますね。ですが時間によっては雨も降る可能性もあるらしいので注意ご必要ですね。

Today’s weather is different from yesterday’s, and here and there you can see some sunny intervals, right. But due to the timing, there’s a possibility that rain may fall as well, so it’s necessary to be careful.

  早く夏らしい天気になることを願っております。

I hope that summer-like weather comes fast.

       先日、文化放送サテライトスタジオにて、『あさステ！』の公開録音を土曜パーソナリティの染さんと開催させて頂きました。

The other day the public recording of “Asasute!” with Saturday’s personality Some-san was held at the Cultural Broadcasting Satellite Studio.

     お足元が悪い中、たくさんのご来場誠にありがとうございます。

While it’s dangerous to walk, thank you to the many who came to see.

  屋外での閲覧、加えて長時間立ちっぱなしにも関わらず最後まで温かい拍手と素敵な笑顔を送って下さったこと、心から感謝しています。

Despite looking on from outside, and standing on your feet for a long time as well, we were given a warm applause and wonderful smile. I’m sincerely grateful.

Some-san.

 一緒にいるだけで癒される方ですが、今回は良い意味で違いました。

Though he is a person who heals me just by being together, this time was different in a good way.

 只々笑いが絶えない時間。

何も臆することも無く、互いに楽しみながらのびのびと仕事が出来る。これ以上に無い幸せですね。

A time where laughing didn’t disappear.

I didn’t feel hesitant about anything either, we were able to work without worry while both us were enjoying it. There’s nothing happier, isn’t it?

  本当に感謝しています。

また是非ご一緒したいと心から思います。

改めてお疲れ様でした。

            そして。

昨日行われた映画『GOZEN -純恋の剣-』の舞台挨拶。平日にも関わらず多くの方が足を運んで下さり、とても嬉しかったです。

And.

Yesterday the stage greeting for the movie “Gozen – Sword of Sumire – “ was performed. I was happy that so many people came to visit despite it being a weekday.

     短い時間ではありましたが、大森プロデューサー、こうへいくん、はやとと共に、終始ボケ合いながらの挨拶。

Though it was a short time, together with Oomori-Producer, Kouhei-kun and Hayato, it was a silly stage greeting.

  とてもとても楽しいひと時でした。

It was a very, very fun moment in time.

   皆さんと。

With everyone.

 これまたリラックスして臨めた素敵なメンバー。

また一緒にお仕事したいと強く思います。

These again are members that I face in a relaxed members.

I strongly feel like I‘d want to work together again.

 皆さんが紡いできた物語を背負い、舞台へ。

頑張ります。

Carrying on my back the story that everyone has managed to create, towards the stage.

I’ll do my best.

      1公演のみでしたが、今出せる熱を最大限に出させて頂きました。少しでも楽しんで貰えたなら幸いです。

Though it was only one performance, we brought out the maximum of the heat we can bring out now. I’d be happy if you were able to enjoy it even a little.

   相変わらず公演は楽しい。

槍を振るっている時、刃を重ねた時。

The performances are fun as always.

When I’m shaking my spears, when the blades clash.

   その全てがかけがえのない経験となり、自分にとって確かな手応えを感じています。

All of this is turning into an unforgettable experience and I feel a definite response for myself.

   もっともっと上を。

限界を超え続けて。

  片倉小十郎役のまーーくん！

Katakura Kojuro’s actor Maaaa-kun.

 まーくんはいつ見てもスタイリッシュ。バサラを通し知り合い、何だかんだで長い付き合い。

Whenever I see Maa-kun, he’s always stylish. We got acquainted through Basara, and someway or another we got along.

 彼の殺陣の鋭さは衰えることを知りません。稽古場や楽屋でのコミュニケーション、まーくんの雰囲気に、いつも癒されております。そして漢気に溢れる人柄も尊敬します。

I’m not aware of his stage combat’s sharpness declining. The communication in the training room or backstage, due to Maa-kun’s presence, always heals me. And I also respect his personality overflowing with manliness.

  最後までよろしくお願いします。

      本日も無事、公演3日目が終了致しました。お足元の悪い中、昼夜共にご来場誠にありがとうございます。

Today the 3rd performance day also finished safely. Thank you so much for coming to both the daytime and nighttime performances while walking is bad.

    夜公演後には、夏祭イベントもございました。拙い処もある中、最後まで参加して下さった皆様、誠にありがとうございます。

After the nighttime performance, there was a Sea Festival as well. Thank you to everyone who participated until the end while it was a poor-quality scene.

   公演を重ねれば重ねる程、滾っていく〝熱〟

堪りません。

The more the performances are continuing, the more the “heat” is seething.

Ieyasu’s actor Sei-chan.

 今回初参加でプレッシャーもある中で、果敢にこの作品に挑んでくれています。若干21歳。つい先日まで20歳というのが驚き。

While there’s also the pressure of being part of this for the first time now, he’s challenged this work boldly. Only 21 years old. Just until the other I was surprised he said 20 years old.

  僕が舞台 戦国BASARAに初参加した時も20歳。あの時は右も左も分からない不束者でした。それに比べたらせいちゃんは本当に立派だと思います。

I was also 20 years old when I joined the stage play of Sengoku Basara. I was an ignoramus who didn’t know right from left at that time. In comparison to that I think Sei-chan is really splendid.

 明日からも全力でその拳を振り上げ、絆を信じて突き進んで欲しいな。最後までよろしくね。

I want him to raise his fist with all his strength from tomorrow on as well, and advance while believing in our bonds. Until the end yoroshiku ne.

Today, the second performance day has also ended safely. Thank you for the many who came to visit during the day and nighttime performances.

    昼公演終演後には、お見送りもさせて頂きました。そんな帰り際に、皆様が掛けて下さった言葉の１つ１つがとても温かく愛に溢れたもので、心に響きました。

After the day time performance  ended, we were sent off. At such a time of leaving, each and every word that everyone was pouring onto us was overflowing with a very gentle love, and they resonated in my heart.

   おかげで夜公演への大きな活力となりましたよ。本当にありがとうございます。

Thanks to that, I received a great vigor for the night performances. Thank you so much.

    昨日初日を迎えての今日。

まだ2日目なのに、昨日とはまた異なる感触を得つつ、発信していた感覚があります。

Today where we welcomed the first day yesterday.

Even though it’s still the 2nd day, while I received a different feeling compared to yesterday, there was a feeling that was transmitted.

    ナマモノだからなのか。

確実に言えることは、いつもフラットな状態で臨めていること。

I wonder if it’s because it’s something live.

One thing I can say for sure, it’s something always facing it with levelheadedness.

   だからちょっとした、己や他人の変化にも敏感なのかもしれません。これからも楽しさが増しそうです。

It might be that’s why I’m a little sensitive to changes in myself and others. Seems like the fun will also increase from now on.

この人には出会った時から、今回は稽古場からいつも助けられています。GRADUATION BOOKのコメントも有り難く読ませて頂きました。

   本日は至る所で梅雨明けが発表されましたね。いよいよ全国的に夏本番。紫外線に気を付けねば。

Today they announced the end of the rainy season everywhere, didn’t they. Finally the height of summer all throughout the nation. Be careful of the UV radiation.

   ですが先日の大雨で西日本は甚大な被害が出ていることは変わりません。一刻も早く、事態の回復が成されることを切に願っています。

But that doesn’t change that Western Japan suffered a lot of damage due to the heavy rains of the previous days. I sincerely hope that the situation will be restored as soon as possible.

 度々発生する地震への懸念もありますし、何か起きた時の対策を練り、環境を整えておくと良いかもしれませんね。

There’s also the worry for the frequent occurrence of earthquakes,  and it might be best to take measurements in case something would happen and fix the circumstances, right?

  昨日、『新・幕末純情伝 FAKENEWS』公演2日目が無事終了致しました。2日目もたくさんの御来場誠にありがとうございます。

Yesterday, the 2nd performance day of “NEO – BAKUMATSU JUNJODEN Fake News” was also ended safely. Thank you for the many who came to visit the theatre during the 2nd day as well.

    初日に引き続き、終始熱を絶やさず臨むことが出来ました。案の定みんな汗だく。

Continuing on from the first day, from beginning of end we could face (the performance) from start to finish without letting the heat die out. Just as I thought, everyone was dripping with sweat.

   自分を追い込めば追い込む程、見えてくるものがある。たまりませんね。

The more I drive myself to go on, the more I can see. I can’t help it.

  じゅんやとりょーせー。

I am overjoyed that I can continue to be involved in “uta no prince-sama.”

   どんな物語になるのか、今からとても楽しみです。
