First: nothing is finished we still don’t know what’s gonna happen

Second: Even if byler isn’t canon (which i think there is a little queerbaiting involved here but it is what it is) we CANNOT let it overshadow how important important this season has been for Wills character and for queer representation

Wills character has never been defined by his queerness it’s just a part of him, a very important part and the writers do a good job of making it known that it’s important without making it consume his character

He literally unlocks his true potential just by accepting himself and it saves everyone, the message this spread about queer joy is so important

It also shows how important queer relationships are (I’m not talking romantic, I’m talking platonic, ie. having queer friends) that feeling like you’re not alone and you’re not terrible for being different
