A Little Bit of Sunshine

Tuesday is perfect. Did something happen or are you just excited to discuss options? It’s going to be my treat, no arguing. It’s just a small thank you for everything. You’re absolutely right. There are too many underhanded people looking to talk behind your back and bring you down that I think it’s good we celebrate the people who lift us up.

I was visiting my mother this yesterday and I walked in when she was on the phone with someone, I’m not sure who, talking about selling the diner. She hasn’t been all that involved in a while and ... she didn’t even discuss this with me? I don’t know, I know I can’t really complain about mothers to you but something is in the water here that makes our parents do things we can’t even expect.

Thank you, Marley. I hope you’re still up for lunch sometime. Perhaps this week? My favorite Italian restaurant has the best brunch menu. And thank you for being my listening ear after Christmas. We all took some time and thought about it. Hunter and Sebastian have been so wonderful through all of this. Between talking to them, talking to you, and talking to Ryan, I feel very blessed.

This week works really well for me. I can do Tuesday if you’d like? The sooner the better actually. Of course, Q. I’ll always be here to talk you through anything, that’s what friends are for and in a town like this, I don’t think you can have too many friends. I’m glad you had the support around you and that I could be part of it.

Oh! In that case, you should definitely enjoy it. That’s the only kind of business and pleasure partnership I approve of. Oh no, don’t say that. You never know what next Christmas will bring.

Rory: Yeah.. she is. But it was Grace's idea actually. I'm... I don't know. I mean, I'm happy but it's the first time I'm sharing her like this so I guess I'm just trying to not be that parent that calls every hour to check on her.

Marley: She is okay. Kitty wouldn't let anything happen.

Marley: I'm happy to be a distraction from worrying about Gracie.

Rory: Yeah but I'm taking the opportunity as it presents itself. Grace is spending her first night alone with Kitty (which I was absolutely going to tell you but I got distracted) so I would kind of love the company too.

If Elliott seriously can't find a way to deal with all of this then that's something I'm sure Blaine would rather find out early on rather than later into the relationship. They've been dating a couple weeks?

Marley: I just never want to be a reason a relationship won't work.

I mean…I can’t deny the idea that sleeping with both of them conjures a weirdly erotic image in my mind, but I doubt Blaine could survive marriage with myself and Darius.
