THEY DIDNT EVEN FUCKING KISS????? I would’ve genuinely preferred they turn human over this, and I HATED that theory. Because this- the ending wasn’t even them! It was random humans wearing their faces and names! We didn’t get closure or a happy married ending, we got them dying and some random humans getting a happy ending. I’m really upset.

GOOD OMENS FINALE SPOILERS!!!

And the worst thing about this is that they could have had true happy ending! The thing about mortal couples with happy endings is that eventually they are gonna die and very likely not at the same time.

I think the finale’s ending is fitting but happy ending would fit the show better (at least S1 and S2 excluding the last 15, because last 15 and the finale kinda feel like a whole different show to me, they have different atmosphere, purpose, moral and like…everything; but that’s entirely different subject to discuss), however the writers chose tropey killing-queer-characters (bury your gays/dead lesbian syndrome) ending instead

Why make us compete and then take it away?
