Inunir blinked and stared at the other warily, a million questions clear in his eyes. “I… I don’t know.. Why do you say that?”

“I don’t know. Why do you think? I just had to sit through a most disturbing conversation with the old library master. What a broody creature!” he exclaimed, throwing his arms up for emphasis, face cracking with excitement. “He seems very resentful of them, and jealous. I understand, I guess, but it’s not like we - like our kind, I mean - made much better choices. I think his regrets over whatever he believes he failed are clouding his thoughts, and surely we don’t need a hundred lectures on our past mistakes so we don’t repeat them. But!”

Norgwaloth gently pushed the tome onto Inunir’s lap, its burgundy cover barely holding the no longer bound pages. “I was supposed to return this, after my last journey, and be on my way, and all that... but I distracted him. I got distracted too, that’s why I was late bringing it back. I feel a little guilty? And a little warm. But that might be because I’m a little drunk. I’m a little rambling? Oh well! Come on then, open it! I wanted to show you.”

The washed out illustrations in the book had been replaced with colourful, detailed little paintings, carefully stuck on top of the originals.

“Covering them will preserve the old charcoal drawings, but we’ll no longer have to squint to figure out what we’re looking at. Do you like them? I know you have a soft spot for beautiful flowers, and I also know there’s hardly more than lilies and water willows and the odd orchid but... well. I think they are wondrous, too, although more and more gardens seem to accommodate ponds so that they may be grown in cities. One of these days, nothing will be a rare sight to see anymore. I do hope I’ll still feel like they’ve sprouted out of a dream and I’m the only person in the world when I see them.”

- payment via paypal (full down for commissions under €20, 50% deposit for over €20) - contact via ask, I will send you my email - will be done in 2 weeks-1 month (I am a full time student with health issues and working on my laptop’s trackpad, please do not commission me if you aren’t prepared to wait) - more than happy to send as many wips as you request and discuss details to make sure you get exactly what you want - the file you will receive will be a png ranging from 1200x1200 to 1600x1000 depending on what you commissioned. if you’d like a larger file for printing etc, tell me beforehand as these are the sizes I work at and my computer cannot handle anything very large

- character details, like eye, skin and hair colour, hairstyle, facial features, body type, tattoos, scars, piercings, beauty marks, missing limbs, third eyes, whiskers, kitty ears, tails, wings, claws, horns, elephant trunks, whatever floats your boat - outfit details, like colours, fabric type, pattern, motifs, cutouts, weird collars, kilometric sleeves, jewellery, weapons, accessories etc. if you aren’t sure, I can always design something based on your specifications - pose, attitude, background, personality etc

☆I’d be really happy to do a dragon age card set/player icon set. I am quite knowledgeable about tarot, so if you are unsure which cards fit your character best, I’m sure we can work it out together based on their personality. here's a birth card guide for both the major and minor arcana, as well as a database of meanings and compositions for each card. I also love symbolism, so if you’d like your commission laden with meaning about your character, tell me what you want and I’ll come up with a list of things and how I might integrate them in the artwork

Morannon nodded and gave the other elf’s shoulder a hesitant pat. “You had a long journey here,” he said comfortingly. “The rest was likely just what you needed.”

I’ve loved the beautiful tarot cards in DA:I since they were released, and really wanted to try my hand at making something like that. I don’t know if I’ll give it another try too soon, but this was certainly fun.
