This fan book is an unofficial work based on the game Cult of the Lamb and is not affiliated with Massive Monster.

This is a non-coupling fan book that respects the canonical setting of the Five Bishops as a non-blood family.

The content revolves around the Five Bishops and the Lamb.

It consists of a total of 16 episodes.

Hello! Happy New Year!

Originally, this book was sold via mail order to COTL fans in Korea. After completing the English translation in 2025, it was planned to be released as a paid web publication. But recently, the two comics I released for free ended up showing a higher level of quality than this project. Because of that, I started to feel uncomfortable selling this one. So I’ve decided to release it for free instead. Until the COTL DLC is released, I’m planning to post it regularly on Tumblr. As for Episodes 1–4: since the original game’s story is quite dark, I felt like my comic would also end up being pretty heavy. So before getting into the main storyline, I wanted to share—just a little bit—some happy and fun everyday moments of the Bishops. In the next episode, the story will begin to delve in earnest into the past of the COTL.

ENG: In the original game, if you meet certain conditions, you can recruit Aym and Baal as followers. After that, Shamura and Narinder tell the Lamb about their past, which unlocks a secret quest that allows you to return the two sons to Forneus. For a more dramatic presentation, I had Shamura accompany them as well, so they could witness Forneus being reunited with her sons.

I wanted to show Aym and Baal not as mere “gifts” to be sent to Narinder, but as “beloved members of someone’s family.” I also wanted to depict the moment of despair when Shamura realizes that they were the one who destroyed that happy family. Honestly, in the original game, Shamura probably wouldn’t regret sending them to Narinder and would still think of them as “gifts.” But since the title of my comic is “Familly,” I wanted to portray a Shamura who comes to understand the value of family, so I intentionally gave them a different personality from the original.

The next episode that follows is much more driven by my own personal tastes. In the original game, no matter their gender or gender identity, everyone has to obey the Lamb’s commands, right? So I wanted to draw a scene where all the bishops are wearing maid outfits and running the cult. Since the story had been heavy up to that point, it also works as a light, mood-changing episode.
