As a nursing student I am very glad that I have the opportunity to experience such things about being an entrepreneur. It was a fulfilling journey and I am really glad I have learned so much about business. 

According to YTI (2015), teams don't work well without teamwork. Teamwork is important for the success of all businesses. To have a meaningful and lifelong career, you need to work well with others which is why teamwork is so important in the professional world. Teamwork can be seen in a company, in the agricultural field, or any environment, you can name. Even the animals also perform as a team to survive in this competitive world. Cheetahs hunt together, wild dogs stay together avert danger, bees make their hives being united, and so on. It means that the success of a team depends on the performance of each member. With that being said, me and my teammates shared our own ideas with each other to come up with our business proposal and we are able to present our Metacarpus venture proposal, BMC presentation and empathy map. At first it was not named Metacarpus but "Help me Senpai" when we presented the BMC presentation the panel gave us some comments and suggestions and for that we are very thankful because we are able to see what we are lacking in our business idea. After that me and my groupmates storm innovative ideas and work efficiently . We can't come up to this business proposal without customer validation. So we have interviewed some of the students at Central Mindanao University. Most of the students we interviewed are currently suffering from academic overload. Some of them said they are not good with digital arts and they are worried they might not get a satisfying score because they are not good with it. They wish if someone could help and tutor them they are willing to pay but they don't know where to reach out. By creating a website that is easy to access, we can help them students a freelancer that can help them with their academic struggles and minimizing their stress. Lecture Series I learn the ways and ideas how to handle various issues and learn how to make fast and effective decisions. The speaker also tackles working as a team, talking, and debating ideas with many individuals and this is something I truly enjoy doing in business, which is something that requires cooperation. I enjoy learning new things and listening to other people's opinions, so I'm eager to increase my understanding of management and business.

I have learned that entrepreneurs must understand that it will be difficult and that instant success is uncommon in the first try. We students must enter the situation fully aware that failure is a possibility. I have also learned that being an entrepreneur should be courageous people because it takes guts to risk everything knowing there are no assurances. Without taking a chance, there is no reward, and I'd even venture to underst that I should welcome failure. That we shouldn't anticipate it, but we should be aware that it could happen, and if it does, we should be prepared to learn from it. You must be eager to put in the effort.
