Low Calorie Density Food
to indulge in
what's calorie density?
Calorie density is a measure of the calorie content of food relative to its weight or volume.
Focusing on low-calorie-dense foods allows you to eat a large volume of food while still cutting back on calories.
Vegetables:Â
especially green vegetables ( theyhave the lowest out of all foods)
they are made up of water, fiber and a very small amount of carbs
Meat and fish:Â
lean proteins like chicken, white fish, turkey, etc
fattier meats and fish have moderate-to-high calorie density
Fruit:Â
especially berries and other watery fruits
high fiber and water content

Milk and yogurt:Â
reduced-fat milk and yogurts with no added sugar
