The latest storm hit Gaza with devastating force. Freezing rain tore through the tents, flooding the places where families sleep and leaving children on cold, muddy ground. The collapsed sewage system mixed rainwater with wastewater, spreading sickness and choking smells through the camps.
My family is among those struggling to hold on.
Without donations, it means no food, no medicine, no clean water, and no protection from this brutal cold.

I haven't been able to connect to the internet for two days. I want to tell you that I've moved to a new place, but the place I moved to is in northern Gaza, and unfortunately, Gaza is still being bombed and fired upon.
To everyone here, I say in very simple words: I am very tired of this life and I have lost all hope. There is no rest. I search from morning till night for water and food so that I can provide for my children.

By everyone scrolling past? Complain about morality OCD and compassion burnout all you want. My friend Ghada's family survived the bombing, but they are not safe.
Even after the so-called ceasefire, their lives are still hanging by a thread. At any moment I am not speaking to Ghada, it is possible that she has no food, no shelter, no safety this is what “after the war” looks like in Gaza.
Think about living with ruins instead of homes, fear instead of stability, and the echo of everything they lost. There’s no “getting used to” that as your constant reality.
So when I ask you to reblog this post, think about the lack of effort it would take to flick your thumb and realize it could still be saving the lives of 14 people, affected by destruction and trauma far beyond what you could possibly imagine on your own.
Please, my friends, I don't know what to do. You are our last hope. We have no one but you to stand with us and support us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The rain today was not ordinary. It fell as if the sky poured all its sorrow onto us, flooding our tent until not a single dry spot was left. Our clothes were soaked, our bedding sank into the mud, and the cold crept into us as if it wanted to test our strength.Everything around us trembled… even us.
