XVI - The Tower
DO NOT FUCK WITH HIM. If The Tower ever crosses your path you can expect disaster and destruction to follow suit. He could target anything, loved ones, your job, your bank account, your soul, it doesn’t fully matter so long as you feel some sort of suffering. It cannot be overstated how much you should prepare yourself for this card. The one good thing about this card is that the destruction is oft because the foundation is unsteady; when he crosses your path, you’ll often find something you believe is the true way of life, is in fact wrong. Something even The Tower himself needs to reckon with.
Upright: disaster, destruction, upheaval, trauma, sudden change, chaos, Catastrophe, and revelation
Reverse: averting disaster, delaying the inevitable, resisting change, avoiding tragedy, avoiding loss
