From Janel Grant's declaration filing in support to her opposition to the arbitration motion. She alleges:
Brad Blum and Nick Khan were aware of her relationship with Vince. Blum figured it out while Khan was told by Vince.
Grant says early into her being forced to meet with Laurinaitis for sex, she attempted suicide. She told McMahon, who brushed her off and told her to not be late for a meeting with Laurinaitis.
Says she was forced into sexual contact with multiple WWE talents by Vince.
Says she was once beaten, had her hair torn and suffered a violent sexual act by Vince in preparation for a meeting with Lesnar.
Grant says it was inferred to her by McMahon that WWE General Counsel Brad Nurse was fired for asking Blum and McMahon about the relationship.
Grant described several alleged rapes and the injuries she suffered from McMahon and Laurinaitis, which often led to her blacking out. She says she blacked out the first time McMahon forced himself on her.
She described an alleged request by Lesnar for a video of her urinating. McMahon monitored almost all of her communications, photos and videos. Vince told her she shared her private videos and "thousands" had likely seen her.
Grant said she suffered migraines, major health issues, massive depression and stress due to the abuse, which included constant statements from Vince of how she was causing him trouble. She says she tried to quit several times.
Grant says Lesnar tried getting her to fly to Chicago to meet when he was there for WWE.
