Doctor Strange tricked Peter like a god damn Genie!

Peter came for advice, to seek help because he was rightfully scared and lost. But instead of sitting him down, explaining in detail what the spell would do (make EVERYONE forget he’s spider man, even people close to him) he just started doing it?

And when Peter second guessed his decision, like the teenager he is, Strange got mad, telling him to be quiet which made Peter panic and Strange messed up the spell.

There is a scared, probably traumatized teenager, who’s being judged and hated by most of the world seeking help from a trusted adult and Strange saw this as an opportunity to try to test his limits and do something dangerous which he was told not to do. And in doing so making it even worse for the poor teenager.
