Pretend someone blew out a couple holes in the wall-that-really-shouldn’t-have-holes, and some poor drone who happened to be the closest bot outside the blast range qualified enough to assess the damage, file the report for the insurance, and then dodge all the emergency forcefields to weld some titanium back in place.

Congrats to my brother, who’s moving into his first apartment! He wanted something abstract, i wanted hexagons, he wanted simple edges, I wanted to render 60,000 shapes with alien glyphs. We compromised (the whole damn thing is a glyph now)

The other version was an instance before I figured out the easy solution to making those blue bands seem like they’re part of the ‘onyx’, before, it looked like a grid of lasers reflecting off them, but this is better because of reasons
