2013: Kids who turned gangsta because the school system is sh*t but they still have dreams. They will also feel embarrassed because of their name (Bulletproof boy scouts) soooo much they will just simply make TWO songs singing their name #Logic

2014: Somehow they fell in love and the girl is in danger? but simply speaking they are just having a one-sided love and the girl is a b*tch who is using them. Also just like a pregnant woman their mood is not steady due to hormones. 

2015: We don’t know if it’s still the same girl but they need one now. Also, they found a hobby: running (This explains the thighs *wink*). They are very sad and depressed but they like to party together. Until they decide to have a career because that’s dope and clubbing is not. It was also the year with SO MANY theories and questions. All their fans became full-time inspectors and part-time psychiatric hospital patients.  

2016: That year was THE year. First, they started putting on fire EVERYTHING while dancing in an empty swimming pool. Then some months later asked for help in some kinda field. And when we thought it can’t get any more insane. Well … recall that b*tch from before? now they are telling her to take their blood, sweat, tears, soul, cold breath, last dance … then they ask her to choke them then kill them! BOI ANY GURL WILL RUN AWAY WHAT THE HELL JUST GIVE HER A TEDDY BEAR! I am starting to really think it’s not the girl’s fault.

2017: Well this year was full of plot twists. They call a song Spring Day but they froze filming it in winter. They said they were bulletproof but they got shot. And when we thought they made ‘Wings’ so now they will stop running, guess WHAT? they added black ninjas to the club (just to be EXTRA) and went running in the mountains (because a gym is too ORDINARY). And it didn’t end there. Recall that girl AGAIN we talked about? Now they think they are related to her via their DNA. And called an album after HER. They are definitely not obsessed but one thing for sure the fans like HER. One last thing they are now Beyond The Scene a name no one will mention but their Wikipedia page.  

But seriously after only 4+ years, BTS kept evolving, changing and experiencing with different styles while not failing to produce quality music, dance, and content. Indeed the questions are: How much can they grow? How far will they go? And CAN WE GET SOME REAL ANSWERS PLEASE???

shout out to ignored east asians from countries less romanticized than china, japan, and south korea: to mongolia, taiwan, vietnam, and further southeast to singapore, malaysia, the philippines, east timor, brunei, cambodia, myanmar, laos, thailand, indonesia.

shout out to ethnic groups within more known asian countries, like the tibetan people in china and the ainu and ryukyuan people in japan.

shout out to russian asians. shout out to central asians in former soviet countries, to people from kazakhstan, turkmenistan, tajikistan, uzbekistan, kyrgyzstan.

shout out to western asians in countries that don’t fit neatly into trivial western/european geographical boundaries of the middle east, of south asia, of europe, of africa. 

shout out to mixed asians, to latinx asians, to black asians, to indigenous asians, to mixed south and east asians, and every combination.

Lgbt people are targets, black people are targets, other poc are targets.

but their main targets are always Jews. don’t forget about us. Don’t forget that they’re targeting jews. 

because everyone seems to be doing so, and its not fair. We’re real people, being targeted. our death, our elimination, is being Claimed as a main goal publicly on television by these neo-nazis. 

You don’t get to leave us out of your solidarity posts about the victims and targets of these white supremacists. 

To do so is to perpetuate the very antisemitism that these people are spreading. To do so is to be complicit in these neo-nazis goals. 

I know most people making posts in solidarity with the targets of these people mean well, but you can’t leave out their main target, for any reason. 

I often talk about reality checking and going along with it when helping someone deal with delusions, but I felt as if I didn’t really make it clear to what I meant when I said it.

You’ve probably heard by now that President Trump and his Attorney General Jeff Sessions have decided to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Originally created by President Obama, the program provided hope and protection to nearly a million children of undocumented immigrants, many of whom have growing up knowing no other nation besides the United States of America.

In their hearts, in their lives, DREAMers are Americans. And they are human beings. The cruelty of deporting them to an unfamiliar land is matched only by the recklessness of doing so. Immigration is vital to our identity, our economy, and our culture. To extinguish the dreams of DREAMers is not only unkind, but fundamentally un-American.

So, Tumblr, here are some ways you can help each other out:

Call Congress and tell them to pass the DREAM Act. There’s a six-month delay before Trump’s order kicks in, and that’s six months for Congress to get their act together on this. Light a fire under them, will you?

Join an event near you, and connect with others IRL who are fighting for what’s right.

Don’t forget to take care of yourself, especially if you’re one of the people directly affected by this. You can’t just fight—you also have to heal.

Tell your story. Tag it #DREAMer. Let people know what you’ve experienced, and let other DREAMers know they’re not alone.

this is just a quick list of study habits that work for me, as a straight a’s student

1. even if it’s not in your teacher’s presentation written on a slide, if you hear your teacher mention a fact, WRITE IT DOWN. you might need it later for a test.

2. when you’re rewriting your notes/compiling a study guide, pretend you’re making it for someone else. include everything, even if you think you know it. (unless you’re low on time, in which case, just write what you don’t know)

3. when you’re trying to learn a new concept, pretend you’re teaching it to someone else. this is a form of active learning, and the act of breaking the concept down into steps that you can teach will improve your understanding of the concept. (for the longest time, i actually didn’t even know this was an actual study technique, because i’ve always done it subconsciously!)

4. don’t over color your notes!! if you really need a key for all the colors, then you’re using way too many. try to stick with 2-3 pens/pencils. for me, i write most of my notes in black ink or pencil and i write the important concepts i might need to find quickly later (such as vocabulary) in red or blue pen.

5. have your water bottle next to you (so you remember to stay hydrated; this makes focusing easier as well), as well as any other things you might need during a study session so you don’t have to keep getting up to get stuff (which is pretty distracting for me as i’m easily sidetracked).

6. make it a habit to write lists of everything you need to do by the end of the weekend (or the end of that day, depending on how much work you have). this’ll help you familiarize yourself with your tasks so you have a clear plan of what needs to get done.

7. (not really necessary, just something i like to do!) learn to eat with your non-dominant hand so you can eat and take notes and turn pages w/out ripping them instead of scrolling through social media. keep in mind that sometimes, meal times are for taking your mind off school so unless you’re really pressed for time, it’s not a huge deal if you spend this time w/passive reading, texting friends, etc.

8. when you’re assigned a research project, COME UP WITH A THESIS FIRST so you know what to research. try to get all your research done within the first two days or so, to have more time to plan out how you’re going to structure it. then get your draft done (something is better than nothing) so you can revise at your own pace instead of rushing at the last minute.

9. prioritize your homework!! as someone who spends hours fencing and even misses school for fencing tournaments, is part of symphonic band, and on the robotics team (build season is suuuuuper busy), i can’t express how important this is!! if you have math first period, get that done first, whereas if you have math last period, you can do it at lunch and spend your time working on something that’s due in the morning. don’t do this all the time, but if you need to, know which teachers are more strict with due dates so if you really do need an extension, you’ll be asking the least strict teacher and will have much better chances of getting said extension.

10. if you study at home like me, change into new clothes (comfy clothes, but not pajamas) before cracking open your textbooks. it’ll help make you feel more refreshed and ready to start your homework, but not confined to uncomfortable uniforms from school. tie up your hair, if it’s long. try to study at a table/desk rather than in bed (for sleeping not studying) or on the floor (bad for your posture).
