Got the next Hobbit piece done! I of course had to do the chapter where we meet Gollum. He's such a fun and interesting character & I think I captured his impish yet menacing qualities~!

Finally finished the first chapter header for my Hobbit series! This was a blast to work on, I can't wait to do the others! Hope y'all like it!

Took some time to draw some personal art featuring my character, Kallie, and my friend's character, Ravell. They've got a real enemies to lovers vibe about their relationship, so I wanted to portray the frustration and annoyance of their earlier moments as well as their mutual attraction for one another. I really love how this one turned out, even if it's a bit different than the kind of work I've been doing lately! I wanted it to feel a little bit like a book cover.

I was struggling a little with chapter art featuring Gollum for my interpretation of The Hobbit so I decided to do a little concept sheet for him.

Decided to do my take on a cover for J.R.R. Tolkein's The Hobbit as a piece for my portfolio! It started as an Artober Prompt, but you could say I got a bit carried away with it. I really enjoyed this & might do a few additional chapter headers for some of my favorite scenes!
