Sometimes you have to stop and remind yourself that you're doing everything you can, to be an adult and handle responsibilities as they come or are sometimes thrown at you, that you are human, one person that can only do so much, make a difference, make an impact, teach and learn things, and that you don't [often] have people that support you in ways you need/want them to. Sometimes you just have to stop for a moment, breathe, tell yourself that you [and things] will be okay in the midst of the bullshit that life brings. The good days will eventually outweigh the bad, or at least make it less painful on impact.
