Beside the text are a set of items, all stitched in the same red thread. The items include two unopened alcohol pads, a bandaid with a drop of blood on it and beside it, a vial of testosterone, the draw needle, a syringe and a second syringe drawing testosterone from a second small vial. The two syringes and vial are labeled, the plunger of the first syringe labeled as well. The words "Figure 2" are stitched below the two syringes.
