Artemis Fowl - The Opal Deception
A super old picture drawing. I'm trying to get some of these old ones up here, mixing them in with some newer art.
I’ll have to update this one later. I made the sleeves way too tight and I had to add insets to wear the top.
Happy Pride Month!
Anna and Cissy from my original story Bloody Kisses. It'll be a while before this one sees the light of the internet.
The Ancient Texts! I found a bunch of old drawings and will be uploading them as necessary. This was one of my first pieces of fanart, done for A Series of Unfortunate Events.

I was admiring my reflection when Daphne Grimm's face appeared in my mirror.
My reflection was truly awe inspiring. The past six months of wallowing in the filth of the Calcutta slums was just what I needed to forget that other Grimm Girl, ole what's-'er-face. (Sabrina Grimm, age twenty five and one quarter, blond hair, green eyes, five-seven, a hundred and twenty-three pounds though she swore she wasn't.)
In any case, I was just trying to decide if I shouldn't try to remove the leech that had been stuck to my face for the better part of an hour when Daphne took over my reflection.
I squalked and nearly fell over.
Daphne, damn her, smirked at me. "Gods you look awful."
"Thank you," I told her stiffly. "I thought you weren't talking to me anymore."
"What gave you that impression?"
"The last time I saw you and that other girl, the one with the pale hair--"
"Stop pretending you don't remember my sister, you git."
"Oh, right. Your sister. The last time I saw you, you told me you would tear my heart out and make me eat it," I informed her.
"You broke my sister's heart," she said.
"Brina was fine! She knew it was just a joke!"
Daphne's expression confirmed my worst fear, that Sabrina had in fact taken me seriously. Honestly, was it my fault the silly girl couldn't take a joke?
Apparently it was, if the death glare on Daphne's face was any indication. She wasn't as powerful a witch as the rest of her coven, but she was certainly capable of flaying me alive if she wanted to.
"But what brings you to my mirror?" I asked. "I'm especially curious after a five year gap."
"Not that you care, but my sister is getting married."
I stared at her blankly. "I didn't know your parents had decided to have another kid. I'd'a thought they were a bit old for that. And really? The kid can't be more than five. Who's idea was it to let her get married?"
"You misunderstand me," she said with a maliciousness that reminded me why she was such a feared witch. "My older sister, Sabrina is getting married."
"Well fine time to tell me. I mean, I'm barely going to have time to write some appropriate vows before I have to go deal with the ball and chain. I suppose I can get Basil to be my best man. I'd prefer Oogh," I admitted.
"Puck. She's not marrying you."
I stared at her then grabbed the edges of my mirror. My knuckles were white. "What do you mean?"
"His name is Bradley. He's a sweet guy. I was just told to invite you."
"I'm not going to her wedding!" I shouted. "If she wants to make a mistake then so be it! It's on her head. And what manner of Everafter is this Bradley? I don't remember him from any of the stories."
"He's not an Everafter."
"What is your damage? You're letting your sister, the most bad-ass of all the Everafters, the girl who singlehandedly defeated the First--"
"Hey! I helped!"
"--You're letting some normal prat marry her? Are you mentally deficient?"
"Look, my job here is done. You've been contacted and formally invited."
"NORMAL! My Brina deserves royalty not some stockbroker."
"He's actually a cop. And your Brina?"
"Yes!" I snapped. I slammed a fist into the mirror and it fractured. "Mine. Mine, mine, mine, mine, MINE! The Trickster King does NOT give up his possessions even to the needy. She was mine first and she'll always be mine."
"And this is why I didn't want to invite you," she sniffed.
Abruptly my anger vanished. I bent to the sink and turned on the tap, ready to wash my face.
"What are you doing?" she asked.
"I'm getting ready to go to a wedding," I told her, grabbing my shaving kit.
"She won't like this."
"She knows me, Sparkplug. She wouldn't have told you to contact me if she didn't think I wasn't capable of doing this," I said, washing my face. The leech dropped into the sink.
"I'm not letting you crash my sister's wedding," she said.
"Who's letting who?" I demanded. I looked up quickly. Daphne was quick too but not as fast as she should have been. There was the ghost of a triumphant smile on her lips. She wanted me to crash this wedding. She had to have gone through some pretty spectacular measures to get in touch with me. She could have just given up. She didn't think this stockbroker/cop/normal guy was good enough for her sister. We were in complete accordance on this.
"Besides," I began, my voice dripping honey. "I wouldn't dream of ruining her wedding. I'll just show up. Let her see what she's missing. Let her go into this with all the facts. If she still wants to marry him after that then..."
Then I'd burn down the church, force someone official to officiate our wedding and drag her to the nearest hotel then lock her in the room with me until I 'convinced' her it was all for the best. Convinced here having the unique meaning of 'kissing her til her knees buckled and then going from there'.
Of course, I wasn't going to tell Daphne that.
"Then you'll let her go?" Daphne suggested.
"Yeah, that," I said.
She nodded and gave me the details I'd need. I watched her carefully. She had to know what I really meant.
"Puck, if she decides not to marry him..." she began.
"Shenanigans," I informed her with a grin then bent to shave my face.

I probably won't color this one. I haven't found a way of coloring my pencil drawings that I like yet.
