While we’re on the subject of what’s happening on the dash about a VERY troubling and triggering subject, I’m going to throw my two cents in about the post. You can read if you want, I don’t give a shit but here you go.

I’m sorry you were abused and had such an insensitive roleplay partner, but nowhere in my text did I talk about kink shaming. I’m talking about shaming on a censorship level, because I’m a true supporter of an author having the rights to write about whatever they want as long as they do some research.

you think it’s justified to want to write rape just like it was any other thing, like let’s put the right tags and its perfectly fine, just because character development is a thing it’s perfectly understandable to push limits with your characters

like why do you think it’s okay to want to write it?? oh wait you’re a psychologist and sociologist my mistake you’re a professional you know more about rape than i do

If you rp it, do not justify it. please please PLEASE have consideration for actual survivors. Do not use ‘psychology’ to justify your muses actions please. We know muse does not equal mun but when you rp it tells a WHOLE lot of what you are willing to do for your obnoxious ‘character development.’ while it does bring out the “dark sides” of your muse, ( whatever that means ) it also triggers a lot of people and potential rp partners, a lot of us have dealt with / are dealing with that hell everyday and to just brush it off as “a simple plotting device” is simply disrespectful.
