Back 2 School - Back 2 Fitness. The kids are on the way back to school it's now time to get back to "YOU". If your house is anything like ours it's been little up and down over the last month or so with the children being off school. I fact the day to day routine went out the window on day one. But there is light at the end of the tunnel as September fastly approaches bring a little normality and with it the ability to get my fitness back.
